Estate Ben Runnels Gut vacation rentals

This was one of our favorite trips which we have ever gone on! The view from this place was breath taking! Every day it was so special to wake up and be treated with the views over the bay! The area upstairs was perfect for playing games with friends, cooking food, and relaxing. The pool was nice to be able to chill and take in the views as well. Our room was great with everything for a perfect island vacation.We will definitely be back!!

Lunazul Cottage was the perfect home base for our trip to St. John. It’s quite the drive up from Coral Bay but well-worth it for the view! We really liked how secluded it felt—you can’t see any of the neighboring houses from the patio. The cottage was super clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our vacation, from cooking supplies to beach chairs and a cooler. Considering how expensive everything is on St. John, it was great that we only had to buy groceries. AC in the bedroom worked really well and the ceiling fans kept the living room pretty cool. It was also very convenient to have the washer and dryer to refresh our beach towels. And the property manager, Kelly, was super nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Beautiful view. Nice and quiet and private.

This was our second visit to Harbor Master and we had a great time once again. The view is fantastic! Loved relaxing on the porch and pool area. The location in Coral Bay is perfect as we enjoy the quieter side of the island. We really appreciate the thoughtful use of extra items such as beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. The host was easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Owners and property manager are perfect in that they invest in and manage the property very, very well - but otherwise leave you alone. Very private and tastefully appointed. Great for anyone NOT looking for cruise ship, nightclub and/or resort crowds or services. Also helps if you're not afraid of 4-wheel drive. I highly recommend Seawing. What can I say about this property? Everything about it was amazing. Check-in and communication with the property managers was top notch, with information about check-in, actives, etc. all provided in an easily accessible website/app. The view was spectacular and the inside and outside of the property was exactly as described and pictured. We loved the open air feel to the property and loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the amazing views.

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at Someday Isle. Each couple and a friend had our own separate spaces, and we thorougly enjoyed spending time together in the communal areas. We cooked most of our meals at the home and the kitchen was so well appointed. The attention to detail was exceptional and everything we needed was provided for. We absolutely loved the private pool with an amazing view. The views off of the main deck were sublime and unparalled (and we saw a shooting star)! Other highlights included the many hermit crabs on the property, and falling asleep to the sound of tree frogs. Pam and the property managers were all very responsive and helpful. Coral Bay is the quieter side of the island, about 25 mins from Cruz Bay, so we would definitely suggest renting a Jeep to be able to explore. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

We loved our stay at secret seashell! The location was very private and you could hear the waves from the house. Jared and Keri were very responsive. Loved that only the bedrooms were air conditioned and the outside living room made our stay! Would definitely recommend!
