Siam Sunrise Villa

Set in the large residential resort of Siam Royal View on the north-western side of Koh Chang this double-sized villa offers an outstanding level of accommodation coupled with blissful views. Antiques including not least the entrance doors from India set off the spacious rooms. The property is modern but blends the traditional with it especially the sharply raked roofs in Thai style. The private pool enhances the view over lawns towards the sea where you can bathe at all states of the tide in clear warm tropical waters. At high tide, the sea laps the garden wall, and a constantly changing view from the four bedrooms and living areas alike, confirm the notion of paradise.
Location
Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty with facilities galore it may be difficult to find time to explore the rest of the island without extending your stay. To compliment your private pool there is a 30-metre communal level deck swimming pool set parallel to the beach, and a Clubhouse for the extra-special meals and get-togethers, just 100 metres away. Closer to your front door, and still beachfront, is the Café du Soleil where you can enjoy anything from snacks, breakfast or full meals. A 9-hole golf course playable in both directions is the centrepiece of the resort, and a traditional dive shop offers a host of marine exploration opportunities. Koh Chang itself has many places to explore to include waterfalls, elephant trekking, and of course the exciting nightlife and shows at White Sands Beach just 5k away.
Accomodation
Bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor to include a master suite of grand proportions with glorious sea views and poolside access, a twin, and two more bedrooms upstairs one of which has golf course views, whilst the other again capitalises on the seascape.
Bathrooms. The double bedroom ensuites feature double sinks set into countertops, state-of-the-art showers, and every convenience. A house cloakroom downstairs serves both guests and the twin room.
Dining Room. The dining area is outdoors, outside the main living room but under a roof to add the essence of the Gulf of Siam to those tropical banquets. Convenient for serving from the kitchen yet in the open air, this area forms a focal point and has all the views you could wish for.
Kitchen. The modern western-style kitchen has all the appliances to include a four-ring electric hob, and a fridge freezer with a wine-rack to the side. Plenty of fitted cupboards and all the crockery promise to provide the heartiest of tropical feasts.
Living Rooms. The living room is the focal indoor area with comfortable square pouffes set together in an L-shape to form the couch, where you can relax in comfort watching the international channels on the wall-mounted TV or listening to your favourite songs via the i-Pod docking station. Kick back and wonder how life could be this good.
