"My family and I had a great experience in Casa Bonita. We could not believe how close we were to the beach. We met many of the locals whom were quick to point out that Ricon was PR best kept secret. The house was big and comfy... all bedrooms had AC and we had plenty of hot water at shower time. We had some very minor comments for the owner that were met with gratitude. We really couldn't had a better time than we did... everyone was happy with the house and nearby, steps, amenities such as a pool, jetski, parasailing, bars, restaurants, snorkeling, and more if you took the time to read the nicely laid out booklet in the living room... right next to the table hosting the best wifi service I seen in a rental. I do think that using Walgreens as a landmark is a little tricky since there are so many of them in the area but from there the rest is spot on."

"We are three couples in our sixties, from frozen Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S.A.
Every year or two, we take an excursion, find a rental, and expect a good time.
We had a good time, and more, the first week of March, 2015.
We found a beautiful condo, as described in the website.
We found a location that was central to an island experience that was above expectation. We took the city bus to Old San Juan on two days (#21 or #53 are right there!) Excellent, affordable dining was within a short walk. We enjoyed breakfasts each day in the condo. A two hour walk on the beach each day would leave a salt residue on our eyeglasses. We can understand how the salt air affects so many surfaces.
We rented a car for a day around El Yunque, and recommend it to anyone!
We don’t consider ourselves “easy to please”, some things were not perfect. Wi-fi did not work the first few days we were there. The kitchen could use more measuring and mixing utensils. But as we settled into the place (and our vacation), we found that whatever we needed was provided."

"There are not words sufficient enough to capture the experience you will have staying here! As others have stated, the views and the sound and feel of the ocean and breeze are breathtaking! The condo is super clean and very nicely remodeled. Eric has thought of everything you could possibly need and more. We definitely took advantage of the chairs and boogie board for the beach. The bed is extra comfortable, and the swivel tv works great for viewing it from any angle. We had to do some work while we were in San Juan, and we honestly didn't mind at all with the incredible views and ocean breeze. This trip was very therapeutic after a busy and stressful year, and this condo is responsible for at least 90% of that. Additionally, it's very convenient to restaurants and spots to grab groceries or take out. We especially liked the Fresh Mart a couple blocks down, where they have all kinds of healthy food, and possibly more gluten-free options than I can find at home (which is saying quite a bit). There's a bus stop right at the corner and a taxi stand right across the street. Eric was always in touch and extremely helpful."
