You'll want to stay in this condo!

Our home is your home. This newly remodeled 2bdrm/2.5 bath condo is beautiful, incredibly comfortable with lots of natural light and stunning ocean views. Completely furnished with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, cable TV, and free Wifi.

Come to relax and enjoy the views. The condo has a large private balcony with rocking chairs overlooking the ocean and beach. The property also has it's own private patio with a private gate to the beach, outdoor shower and sun deck with a shaded hammock just steps from the sandy beaches.

Everything you need to relax and unwind is here in this beachfront paradise. Walk right outside the condo and take a swim in the large swimming pool. Or walk along the beach to the clear waters of Playa Mar Chiquita where you can snorkel, eat freshly made Puerto Rican food, or enjoy a tropical drink.

Fun awaits you whether you're with a family or loved one. Horseback riding on the beach. Hiking and biking trails minutes away. Fishing, snorkeling and windsurfing. Premium outlet shopping, the world's longest zipline, Old San Juan all short drives away. Nearby enjoy casino gambling. Everything you need is here; restaurants, bars, supermarkets, drug stores, gas stations, and hospital.

Property details. This top level second story condo is just one of 20 condos in a private gated secured complex. A Security guard patrols the grounds at night. If you want to be away from the crowds this is the place to be.

We LOVED our stay at this condo. We really wanted a top floor unit, and it was EXACTLY as shown in the pictures. Its really nice, really clean, and steps from the beach. The tide pools were good for our 4yo at high tide right outside the house. And the big beach 5 min walk away had more kids spots for her to swim in. Having access to the washing machine was key, and worked well. Great comms with the owners and local host. Everyone was a real pleasure. This is the best condo in this complex, top floor in the end building. Pool is in the shade all day, so is pretty cold, too cold for our little princess....

Relaxing Seaside Stay!

An excellent vacation getaway! Property is literally across from the beach with beautiful views of the coast, in a quiet area, and well furnished. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room with comfortable beds. Owners had beach chairs and some other beach accessories for use. There is a cool ground floor patio area where you could relax in the shade with a grill, sink, and shower to wash off from the beach.

Great, clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay. As advertised and it seems to be the best choice in the complex. Valerie was amazing and helped us get settled even though we got in around 2am. Short walk West to Mar Chaquita and empty beaches to the East. Would stay here again if in the area. Thanks to all!!!!

Peaceful vacation

This was a wonderful stay. The view is beautiful and the unit is super clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. In the garage there are items you need at the beach like chairs, tubes and water toys for little ones if needed. Owner is available whenever you have questions or need anything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

What a Gem!

This property was wonderful. My family and I loved the location and its proximity to Mar Chiquita Beach-walking distance. The garden was perfect and the beach was beautiful. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 and very comfortable. It was so clean and well taken care of. Any questions we had or issues (there was only one), were answered and handled immediately. Everything about our stay here was effortless and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Very nice condo, has everything you will need. Beautiful ocean views but the beach is very rocky in front of the condo, a little more swimming friendly beach is a short walk away. Also, be aware the owner does not allow you to flush toilet paper in the toilets, which is very strange to me.

Mar Chiquita in May

Near Manati, this is a nice group of condos in a gated area right on the beach. While the beach directly on the property is too rocky for swimming, the Mar Chiquita beach is a short walk. Loads of tide pools with a variety of mollusks, hermit crabs and other critters to see. The property is well appointed and maintained. Valarie was great to work and super helpful. We would definitely return.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was really nice and comfortable and was just as it seemed in the pictures. Really quiet area with very few others around. The beach and the beach access were exceptional. A short walk to the beach, which had plenty of natural shade and there was always a breeze blowing which made it really pleasant to stay out there. The garage had a small refrigerator and half bath which was really convenient while out on the beach. The patio area was also really nice. The limestone shoreline made for beautiful scenery, but didn't look like it would be good to get into the ocean. But there is a public beach within walking distance that would have been fine to get into the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again! The hostess, Valerie was exceptional and very helpful. The owners were also accessible and easy to work with.

Great place to stay

We loved the place, it’s location right on the ocean and the amenities it had to offer. The beach we used the most for swimming is a 30 second drive down the road and the water is great for families with little kids. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough but the people we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. This place is perfect for families who want water activities during the day and to relax on the balcony at night listening to the waves and enjoying a cigar and/or glass of wine while the kids sleep. The owner and manager are very friendly and extremely helpful and attentive. They even went out of their way and bought a pack n play when I asked if they had a crib available! They gave good recommendations for activities/other beaches and are very knowledgeable about the whole island. The beach that the condo is on is clean and great for beach activities and sunbathing (which doesn’t happen much with little ones).

So wonderful!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. This condo is exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked, including salt, sugar and some spices. The view, just lovely. The outdoor patio and deck space next to the beach was amazing. The beach in front of the condo is not swimmable, but about100 yards away is a swimming beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. My only complaint is that the listing pictures several foldable beach chairs, however there were only 3 of the plastic Adirondack chairs and one beach chair (I'm sure over time things break and such but it would've been nice to have these options for sitting on the beach). Valerie, who was our local contact, was amazing! Very quick to respond to any questions. We had 2 small issues that arouse and she was very quick to respond and come with a fix. Thank you Valerie! And thank you for the beverage treat on arrival. I would recommend this condo and hope to book it again when we return to Puerto Rico. There are not many reviews for this property on this site however on another popular vacation rental site you will find the property with hundreds of positive reviews.

The view from the condo and proximity to the beach are awesome! Everything was very clean when we arrived and smelled very clean and fresh! The balcony was wonderful with two comfortable rocking chairs. The patio leading out to the beach was so convenient and we loved having the chairs right there to enjoy the beach, our patio and the balcony leading to the beach. The complex felt safe and secure and was wonderful. We saw security regularly checking things inside the gated community. The various cleaning people were working on and cleaning around the complex all the time. The beds were incredibly comfortable!!! The towels were thick and of good quality. Simple things that would make it so much better: Extra blankets- there was not a blanket to be found except the ones on the beds themselves. We have also stayed in places that had a basket of throw blankets and that is always a nice touch. We asked for hand towels and it was great to have those and also we could have used a few extra towels. When you have 4 or more people staying there, it is helpful to have more than one set of keys. They did provide an extra opener for us and that was appreciated. The furniture in the main room is designed to be two extra beds and seem like they would be comfortable to sleep on as beds, but none of us found that furniture comfortable. It might help to add lots of throw pillows because they are very deep since they are designed to also be beds.

This was a wonderful home base for our visit to Manati. Valerie the host was easy to reach and provided clear directions for check in which was very easy. She also provided some recommendations for the area. We enjoyed breakfast at Kfeina twice!The condo is located at the far end of the community which is quiet and near the pool. Beds were comfortable. Laundry was conveniently located downstairs in the garage. The unit was well stocked which was very nice. Tissues, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, even a few pods for the laundry machine. We enjoyed exploring the beach right outside the condo as well as Mar Chiquita just a short walk up the beach. We also visited the beaches at the Esperanza Nature reserve which were all beautiful. Highly recommend booking a tour of the charco azul caves and arenales canyon in the area. We went with NaturHabitat eco tours and they were wonderful. Very well organized, fun, and informative. There are plenty of places to eat out in the area, we also utilized the kitchen which was well stocked with equipment and easy to cook in. The dining table had a lovely view of the water. Would highly recommend this unit if you’re thinking of visiting this beautiful area of Puerto Rico!
