Nuestro hogar es tu hogar. Este recientemente remodelado 2 hab / 2. El condominio de 5 baños es hermoso, increíblemente cómodo, con mucha luz natural e impresionantes vistas al océano. Completamente amueblado con cocina totalmente equipada, comedor, televisión por cable y wifi gratis.

Ven a relajarte y disfruta de las vistas. El condominio tiene un gran balcón privado con mecedoras con vista al mar y la playa. La propiedad también tiene su propio patio privado con una puerta privada a la playa, ducha al aire libre y terraza con una hamaca a la sombra a pocos pasos de las playas de arena.

Todo lo que necesita para relajarse y descansar está aquí en este paraíso frente al mar. Camine justo afuera del condominio y nade en la gran piscina. O camine por la playa hasta las aguas cristalinas de Playa Mar Chiquita, donde puede bucear, comer comida puertorriqueña recién hecha o disfrutar de una bebida tropical.

La diversión te espera si estás con una familia o un ser querido. Paseos a caballo por la playa. Rutas de senderismo y ciclismo a pocos minutos. Pesca, snorkel y windsurf. Tiendas outlet premium, la tirolina más larga del mundo, el Viejo San Juan a poca distancia en coche. Cerca de disfrutar de los juegos de casino. Todo lo que necesitas está aquí; restaurantes, bares, supermercados, farmacias, estaciones de servicio y hospitales.

Detalles de la propiedad. Este condominio de segundo nivel de primer nivel es solo uno de los 20 condominios en un complejo privado y seguro. Un guardia de seguridad patrulla los terrenos por la noche. Si quieres estar lejos de las multitudes, este es el lugar para estar.

This was a wonderful home base for our visit to Manati. Valerie the host was easy to reach and provided clear directions for check in which was very easy. She also provided some recommendations for the area. We enjoyed breakfast at Kfeina twice!The condo is located at the far end of the community which is quiet and near the pool. Beds were comfortable. Laundry was conveniently located downstairs in the garage. The unit was well stocked which was very nice. Tissues, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, even a few pods for the laundry machine. We enjoyed exploring the beach right outside the condo as well as Mar Chiquita just a short walk up the beach. We also visited the beaches at the Esperanza Nature reserve which were all beautiful. Highly recommend booking a tour of the charco azul caves and arenales canyon in the area. We went with NaturHabitat eco tours and they were wonderful. Very well organized, fun, and informative. There are plenty of places to eat out in the area, we also utilized the kitchen which was well stocked with equipment and easy to cook in. The dining table had a lovely view of the water. Would highly recommend this unit if you’re thinking of visiting this beautiful area of Puerto Rico!

We LOVED our stay at this condo. We really wanted a top floor unit, and it was EXACTLY as shown in the pictures. Its really nice, really clean, and steps from the beach. The tide pools were good for our 4yo at high tide right outside the house. And the big beach 5 min walk away had more kids spots for her to swim in. Having access to the washing machine was key, and worked well. Great comms with the owners and local host. Everyone was a real pleasure. This is the best condo in this complex, top floor in the end building. Pool is in the shade all day, so is pretty cold, too cold for our little princess....

Perfect getaway

The pics looked just as it does in person. The smell of fabuloso was welcomed as you come in. The property was safe and secure. The location had everything you needed during your stay. The view was breathtaking!

Very nice condo, has everything you will need. Beautiful ocean views but the beach is very rocky in front of the condo, a little more swimming friendly beach is a short walk away. Also, be aware the owner does not allow you to flush toilet paper in the toilets, which is very strange to me.

Relaxing Seaside Stay!

An excellent vacation getaway! Property is literally across from the beach with beautiful views of the coast, in a quiet area, and well furnished. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room with comfortable beds. Owners had beach chairs and some other beach accessories for use. There is a cool ground floor patio area where you could relax in the shade with a grill, sink, and shower to wash off from the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and well explained. Place was clean and has all that you need. No loud neighbors and great atmosphere. Close to all that we did. Groceries and restaurants all very close. Thank you!

Great location for our needs. Quiet and very secure. Allowed us to explore the island and have a relaxing time. Pictures are really what you are getting! Amazing views and super cute decor and very clean!! Not a single complaint!! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Peaceful vacation

This was a wonderful stay. The view is beautiful and the unit is super clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. In the garage there are items you need at the beach like chairs, tubes and water toys for little ones if needed. Owner is available whenever you have questions or need anything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

What a Gem!

This property was wonderful. My family and I loved the location and its proximity to Mar Chiquita Beach-walking distance. The garden was perfect and the beach was beautiful. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 and very comfortable. It was so clean and well taken care of. Any questions we had or issues (there was only one), were answered and handled immediately. Everything about our stay here was effortless and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was really nice and comfortable and was just as it seemed in the pictures. Really quiet area with very few others around. The beach and the beach access were exceptional. A short walk to the beach, which had plenty of natural shade and there was always a breeze blowing which made it really pleasant to stay out there. The garage had a small refrigerator and half bath which was really convenient while out on the beach. The patio area was also really nice. The limestone shoreline made for beautiful scenery, but didn't look like it would be good to get into the ocean. But there is a public beach within walking distance that would have been fine to get into the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again! The hostess, Valerie was exceptional and very helpful. The owners were also accessible and easy to work with.

Near Manati, this is a nice group of condos in a gated area right on the beach. While the beach directly on the property is too rocky for swimming, the Mar Chiquita beach is a short walk. Loads of tide pools with a variety of mollusks, hermit crabs and other critters to see. The property is well appointed and maintained. Valarie was great to work and super helpful. We would definitely return.

Excellent! Highly recommended.

Great, clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay. As advertised and it seems to be the best choice in the complex. Valerie was amazing and helped us get settled even though we got in around 2am. Short walk West to Mar Chaquita and empty beaches to the East. Would stay here again if in the area. Thanks to all!!!!

So wonderful!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. This condo is exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked, including salt, sugar and some spices. The view, just lovely. The outdoor patio and deck space next to the beach was amazing. The beach in front of the condo is not swimmable, but about100 yards away is a swimming beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. My only complaint is that the listing pictures several foldable beach chairs, however there were only 3 of the plastic Adirondack chairs and one beach chair (I'm sure over time things break and such but it would've been nice to have these options for sitting on the beach). Valerie, who was our local contact, was amazing! Very quick to respond to any questions. We had 2 small issues that arouse and she was very quick to respond and come with a fix. Thank you Valerie! And thank you for the beverage treat on arrival. I would recommend this condo and hope to book it again when we return to Puerto Rico. There are not many reviews for this property on this site however on another popular vacation rental site you will find the property with hundreds of positive reviews.

This place is so relaxing and laid back, I only wish we could spend more time there.
