  • Great Accommodation

"We rented the house for a week of golf to house four guys. The owner met us on arrival to make sure we knew how to operate everything. The house was everything promised and described on VRBO. It was clean, all bedding a linens were clean and fresh, all towels, bathroom and kitchen utensils were supplied. We particularly appreciated the provision of basic things like hand and shower soap, and the well equipped kitchen. Televisions in bedrooms, and cable tv as well as internet was all first rate. The neighbourhood is quiet, the yard is very enjoyable. Our purpose was golfing, there are many golf courses within easy driving distance."

  • HOME AWAY FROM HOME- SIMPLY AMAZING!!

"I don't even know where to begin. This house is immaculate!!! It has everything you will need to feel right at home and more. Pat has thought of everything and I mean everything. This house comes with a fully stocked pantry, all the appliances and cookware you can think of, out door gas BBQ, complimentary wine, completely stocked bathrooms with shampoo, shower gel, lotions and soaps, high end towels, robes, slippers, laundry bags, pillow top beds, high thread count sheets and more. She even had complimentary movie rentals and provided the popcorn. So many extra touches- not enough space to mention them all. We rented Pat and Richards house to get our son settled for his first year of college. We live 16 hours away. It made this transition time a wonderful experience. We stayed at the house with extended family as well. This house has a perfect floor plan for more than one family. Shopping is close and convenient. Target, Kohl's, Ross, Marshalls, Westgate shopping center, just around the corner. And there is the amazing pool! We are still wishing we were there. Everything about this house is perfect. You won't be disappointed. You will feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. We can't wait to come back for another visit. We will definitely be repeat customers! Thank you Pat and Richard for a wonderful stay and great hospitality."

  • Baseball Tournament

"We shared the home with 2 other families. We were in town for a 9 day baseball tournament. Steve is very helpful and is quick to respond to email or text. The house has notes all around with all the information you will need. He has the house cleaned and the pool is maintained nicely. We spent a lot of time outside at the pool. It is set up great with lots of things for teenage boys....basketball hoop, balls and other pool items. The house is set up that each family had their own bathroom. Rooms are nice and we really enjoyed the ice machine and used it every single day. The house is well stocked and the neighborhood is quite. The boys of all ages loved....the 2 huge tvs stacked on top of each other....this was a great feature....video game and tv going at the same time. The big hit....the video machine. We did have intense games of Pac Man during the week. Thanks Steve for all of your help. We will definitely check to see if available if we play there again."
