Villa Bramasole Corte Bella
"Villa Bramasole is a wonderful vacation villa in a golf community with easy access to the greater Phoenix area. The pet friendly villa is beautifully decorated and maintained with everything you need for your home away from home stay. The owner is very attentive to any needs but not intrusive. The villa patio has a spectacular golf course and mountain view. The patio has a gas grill and fire pit (to enjoy those cooler Arizona evenings). The golf community has a fitness center, restaurant, outdoor pool, hot tub and a lovely golf course and clubhouse within easy walking distance from the villa. We spent the past 4 winters at this villa and highly recommend it to anyone as a great pet friendly place to stay. The pictures shown are accurate."

"This beautiful home more than exceeded our expectations! Not only is it in a great quiet location, but the décor is beautiful, well-equipped and just lovely. The beds were super comfortable and all the amenities in the home were top notch! Owners are great to work with and we hated to leave! Don't hesitate to book this property. The pictures don't even do it justice - it's a beautiful, beautiful home!"

"For the second week of our Arizona vacation we found this home to be very comfortable. Although at first we thought we were in the middle of nowhere, we later found all the amenities we needed close by. A list of local places and addresses would have helped orient us.
For those visitors wanting to spend time in downtown Phoenix, expect a long drive, sometimes through heavy traffic depending upon the time of day.
The home itself offered all the comforts of home, including the use of the garage for our car. The secluded back yard with heated pool was great. (It would be nice to have more detailed instructions on how to warm up the pool though.)
Suggestion: the towels could be upgraded. They were old and there was no bath mat."

"We have stayed here for a number of years and always booked an extended stay. Sadly, life circumstances require us to release this unit. Our loss is your opportunity. This home is very well maintained and extra clean. It backs onto a walking path that we use daily and is in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly retired folks all around. The facilities of the community center are fantastic and as good as any resort.
Jim and Diane are great landlords and on the rare occasion that there has been a problem they have attended to it immediately.
The home is situated with a south facing backyard and a covered patio so you can select sun or shade as you prefer. There are beautiful sunsets over the White Tank Mountains right from your patio. If you want to spend time indoors, you have a large flat screen tv to keep you entertained.
Most of the floor surface is tile or hardwood and the entire place is small enough to make housekeeping easy but big enough to host dinner guests and occasional over-nighters."
