  • Great House, Great Location, Great Owners!

"This is a terrific house, a beautifully furnished and equipped rancher on a lake, and it is very comfortable. It's in a great neighbourhood that is easy to get around in and great shopping is nearby. I came as a "medical tourist" and the house was perfect for my recovery from surgery. The owners, Debby and Bob, went out of their way to ensure that our stay was "right" and were easily available for any questions that arose. I would certainly be making this house my first choice should I return to Phoenix."

  • Convenient

"My husband and I recently spent two weeks in this condo. It is wonderfully located to everything - freeways, restaurants (all we tried were delicious!), shopping, churches. The grounds are immaculate. The pool is big and warm; there are plenty of lounge chairs. We did not utilize the gym, but it is spacious. The condo has huge walk-in closets, VERY comfortable sofa set. We had an issue with the WiFi the first few days, but Lori got right on it and by the 3rd day, it was resolved. The only drawback we had is that the condo is VERY dark. The lighting is poor. I told Lori about it the 2nd day we were there and she did bring in a floor lamp for the living area, but it needed a 3-way bulb so it didn't improve the lighting situation. The bedroom lamps were short and had low-watt bulbs, so we couldn't even read in bed if one of us was watching TV out front. I had also mentioned that to Lori the same day as the WiFi issue but that was never resolved. If you don't like to read and don't mind it dark, then I would recommend this place."

  • 40 days of Westgate

"Absolutely 5 stars. Julie was wonderful to work with. The apartment was very clean and organized. We would definitely stay again and this is our first choice of any Westgate condo we've stayed at...and we've stayed at three."

  • AMAZING House, PERFECT in every way!!!

"Steve is an incredible guy! He is helpful, quick with correspondence & full information. This was our second year and hopes we hope to return next year. The house is beautiful and spotless. It is stocked with everything from toilet paper, soap, DVR, games, spices for cooking, and a very handy ice machine. Grocery and drug stores around the corner and plenty of places to eat from fast food to nice restaurants. We spent most of our time out on the patio and by the fire pit listening to music through the stereo and speakers system set up outside."
