"Lovely home high up in the mountains, nice neighbors, and fire roads and trails abound for runners, hikers, or mountain bikers in the summer! Close enough to town to grab what you need. Fun to get lost!
Home DOES need someone to come and spend 8 hours or so cleaning out the game closet (no complete games), getting rid of the VHS movies and old coffee pots (none worked) and old technology laying around....all the junk is great to an extent, but i think at least 50% of the closets full of kids' toys and kitchen cups, etc could disappear. Just needs a dash of TLC to be perfect. And--people drink coffee--make sure the coffee pot WORKS! Update utensils and kitchen stuff. :)
Still gets a 5 star rating though! Owner great to work with! We would book again!"

"My family needed to get away from the hustle of suburban life so we thought we should go to the woodsy mountains. We found this great little cabin and were so excited! We mostly played board games that were there and made s'mores in the wood burning fireplace. So awesome! Coming back for sure!"

"I spent my 30th Birthday here with a few friends for the weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect. Since only 2 of us were skiing, the location really made it easy for everyone keep in touch throughout the day. We were able to wake up, catch and early chair and ski for about an hour, then walk back to the condo for breakfast with the rest of the group. When we left to head back to the mountain, they went into town to get lunch and supplies for that night. Once the mountain closed, we all met at the base bar for a couple of celebratory drinks. This wouldn't have been possible if we weren't so close.
The condo was the perfect size and the fireplace kept the place warm at night. The hot tub has a great view and was great after a full day on the mountain. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get away with a small group."

"My boyfriend and I were (miraculously) able to book the cabin for a couple of days over Christmas, and it truly wonderful. The cabin itself is large, but still feels cozy throughout, and the large fireplace is the perfect center to the home. The decking around the cabin is huge and the views are breathtaking. The deer, chipmunks and bluejays that like to visit give a very Disney feel to the place! We were both sad that we couldn't stay for longer, but have vowed to make our next trip to the cabin an extended one. Thank you Maureen for being such a gracious host - your cabin is such a special place."
