"We've being renting houses in this neighborhood for the last 3 years and this house is the best. It is really close to the beach but not too close to the highway so traffic noise is not a problem , it is very cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you may need. Screen porch and a deck are perfect. Definitely hope to stay here next year!"Guest: family with young kids Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 2, 2014View listing
"First visit to South Bethany Beach to celebrate October birthday, what a wonderful time. Very comfortable oceanfront home. Very mild weather for the end of October; spent days on the beach napping, shell seeking, kite flying and walking. Water too chilly for any more than just toes. Decks perfect for coffee and sunrise, dolphin watching and star gazing at night. Sunset dinner at Fager's Island a must do. Lucked out with a perfect clear sky for the sunset, mild enough to sit outside. Beach access right in the back yard perfect. Would like to return again with entire family."Guest: lucky lady Date of Stay: October 2011 Review Submitted: October 27, 2011View listing
"We just finished our second summer here. It's a great house. The owner has excellent design taste and made every room pleasant and attractive. Everything is in perfect working order. The owner must spend a lot of time here herself because everything is nice quality down to the dishes and the bathroom accessories. We normally spend all our time at the beach, but at this house we found ourselves spending a good amount of time on the deck by the water or kayaking in the bay. The kayaks can be delivered right to the house. When we did go to the beach, it was an easy walk. The kids liked spending evenings in the shops at Bethany. This house doesn't feel like a rental home. It feels like a beach house you would want to have yourself."Guest: cheryl f. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: August 2, 2014View listing
"This house was perfect for our family vacation. While the house could accommodate multiple families, our family of three wasn't rambling around; we immediately felt right at home here. The access to the canal and beach were perfect. We could easily walk to the beach with our 5 year old and when we didn't want to walk, parking was a breeze with the pass. The rooms allow for multiple sleeping arrangements. We would recommend for friends, families with young children, and multiple families. A perfect place."Guest: Carrie Date of Stay: July 2010 Review Submitted: August 12, 2010View listing
