"Four families with 15 people meet for a long weekend at the Shelton's. Ray was incredibly accommodating. How many people do you know who would offer to pick up your pizzas that you ordered, or offer to get you oysters while he was in Crystal River. The house is super roomy, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need for a weekend away. The kids and adults loved tubing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, boating, swimming and snorkeling. When the kids had enough sun they would come in and enjoy the game room. The kids where exhausted when we returned home. We have so many great memories. The adults also where pleased. Lots of time spent in the outdoor sitting area, fire pit, dock, pontoon boat chairs. Just a great relaxing time. Ray's place was a big hit. We plan on making this an annual event. Highly recommended. Thanks Ray."

"Came to Wood Duck Crossing for a hopeful week of unwinding, fishing, swimming, birding, floating, boating, enjoying family and friends, reading, photograping, and daydreaming.
Two young girls were tickled to find all the added water toy amenities, most especially the kayak & sup ! A perfect setting and location, the house had everything for the Rainbow River admirer:
- a large beautiful tree shaded waterfront view
- an outdoor fire pit for spooky or silly games
- a convenient dock for the anticipated jump-in
- colorful array of "noodles" for us lax*a*lazy snorkeling guests
- everything necessary for coffee & eggs on the porch
- a nice grill for all those fish we caught ( burgers )
- a covered carport to unpack & repack in cooler temp.
- every bath, kitchen, eye, ear, & sleeping need availed
- AND !! Wi-Fi
We had a most excellent opportunity to find whatever it was each of us needed to have a splendid time.
It was awesome!"

"What a perfect house for families and large groups that want to enjoy the river and not worry about kayak or tube rentals. There was plenty of both provided including life vest and whistles! You also don't have to worry about space. There was plenty of room for all 16 of us to sleep, find areas for quite activities as well as lots of room for the kids to run. The house is well stocked, no worries on finding what you need in the kitchen to fix meals for large groups, including multiple coffee makers. Great for kids, no worries that they are going to mess up the floors or break some decorative knick knack. (Even found crayons and a coloring book in one of the kitchen drawers and my 5 yr old great niece and I had a wonderful quiet morning coloring!) We booked this house to celebrate our parents 60th wedding anniversary so we had four generation there and I can definitely say that both the young'uns and the older folks had an AWESOME time! (My 77 yr old Dad was jumping off the tree with the ladder on it across the river!) The owners have definitely made it easy to come enjoy, relax and have no worries! Thank you for a Wonderful "Hakuna Matata" vacation!"

"Joe's riverfront condo exceeded our expectations in every way; it must be seen in person to be truly appreciated - the beautiful view, peaceful and well maintained grounds and pool, and polite and friendly neighbors. The location felt secluded but was actually quite convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. The condo is very clean and neat with everything you need (even things you didn't know you needed!), tastefully furnished and decorated, with an upstairs loft bedroom and bath that had the feel of a special vacation getaway. Joe is a great guy and the perfect host - checking with us on arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to assure us he was readily available if needed, and then checking back with us at the end of our stay to make everything go smoothly. It was just under a 2-hour drive for a day trip to Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island and Tarpon Springs Sponge docks. And through it all, the beautiful Withlacoochee and Rainbow rivers - we enjoyed incredibly awesome fishing, as well as some amazing wildlife watching. We can't wait to return next year!"
