  • Beautiful condo

"We are enjoying our first winter away as snow birds. This condo is so nicely decorated and not knowing what to really expect when we walked in was a wonderful feeling to know we would be here for 2 months . It has more than I expected to make you feel comfortable and totally furnished with everything you need. The pool is so nice and a great way to relax and meet new people. The beaches are so nice and there are several to see. Scott was always there for any questions or concerns . The book of suggestions he has is a great added touch for good information . Thank you for sharing your home with us."

  • House is Just Blocks Away From The Best Bicycle Path In Florida

"Our group of 4 adults had a fantastic time at this clean, well-equipped house in Palm Harbor: • We walked into the town of Palm Harbor where we ate at Lulu’s. • We drove our car and then walked along the nearby beaches on Honeymoon Island & in Clearwater • We shopped at the Publix supermarket, just a couple miles away. • We washed clothes, cooked dinners, and floated in the house pool • Communication with the owner Paul and Gaye was always prompt and courteous. • We recommend this house to all. We enjoyed bicycling along the wide, flat and paved Pinellas Bicycle Trail: • First, we did about 14 miles round-trip to Tarpon Springs with lunch at The Bayou o Consider a stop along the way at the Suncoast Primate Sanctuary to see their 300 lb male orangutan • Second, we did about 12 miles round-trip to Dunedin where we found a lovely waterfront path with beautiful Victorian beach-front houses • We bought used bikes which needed very minor lube, brake adjustment and/or air in the tires at the local Goodwill store in Oldsmar, FL"

  • Great Family Holiday, Great Family Home...

"When we booked this holiday home for our Christmas family reunion, we had our fingers crossed that the Cedar House would live up to the photos on the website. We had about 14 people, varying in age from 5 to 82, and over the course of our two week stay, we all really enjoyed the pool, hot tub (in spite of some heating problems), the sunsets on the lower deck, barbecue meals, the TV room, shooting pool and nightly card games. We even had a designated quite room for reading and conversation (we deemed it our kid free zone). And our many family meals prepared in the 2 kitchens and served in the large, very large dinning room, where we shared the days many adventures. Overall we had a great time in this 100 year old house, exploring the neighbourhoods, and nearby beaches. Would we stay there again, absolutely, in fact we are planning a return visit in 2016. So thanks to Betsy, and Charmene and her helpful sons, who were available onsite for our few concerns. Thanks so much, Steve Michalek"

  • A Place For Many Memories

"My boyfriend and I went for a quick getaway for some relaxation and time away from our crazy schedules. Never using VRBO I was a little hesitant when it was suggested, but found this cute cottage and had to hear more. I was so happy this is where we ended up!! It's so spacious! One closet located in the hallway and several drawers in the bedroom. The shower is huge, and there's a palm tree right outside of the bathroom window. Kitchen had everything we needed as we went to a grocery store to buy our food and cook while we were there. They had pots, pans, plates, cups, and even some coffee and filters. The bed is GIGANTIC and very comfortable. It's decorated beautifully. While we went to the beach or walked downtown on most of days we were there (it's seriously so close to so many restaurants and shops and Pier 60!), one day we were there it sprinkled from the minute we woke up to the minute we went to sleep. The place was so nice we didn't mind having to stay inside all day. We just sat in the front room, all of the windows open, and read for hours. What a wonderful find! Half way through our stay, the owners approached us while we were eating outside to ask us how our stay was and if we needed anything. It was so great to know they were there if we needed anything. After leaving to go back home, I made a note to make sure I came back and recommended this place. It is truly a wonderful find for a great vacation getaway. You won't regret it!"
