"We LOVE this house-it fits our group wonderfully. A couple of suggestions: please make sure nightlight bulbs are working and liquid soap dispensers actually have soap in them ( not so watered down that all you get is water). We also are wondering about the living room furniture-not so comfy and not enough comfortable seating upstairs. As we all know furniture needs to be replaced from time to time. Furniture in downstairs area super as well as the beds are super comfy!! Lots of kitchenware, dishes, glasses, etc. overall a FANTASTIC house!!! THANK YOU!!!!!"

"I booked this unit for a 30th birthday weekend getaway. We had (7) people total - (3) couples and (1) additional person. This unit was perfect for us!
- Location: This unit is walking distance to Wrigley Field and Wrigleyville which has great restaurants and bars. Around the corner is a bunch of great restaurants, and one block away is the Belmont CTA stop which will get you on the Red Line and is a straight shot into downtown if you need to get there. It's a quiet neighborhood but around the corner is great nightlife if that's what you're looking for.
- Accommodations: There were (3) bedrooms - each one had a comfortable full size bed with a closet. There was a living area with a couch (not a sleeper sofa), a dining table with (6) chairs and a full kitchen fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, and basic cooking utencils. (2) full bathrooms, plenty of towels, and a hair dryer! Iron and ironing board were there as well. If you need the sleeper sofa, I would just make sure to clarify that when making your reservation. There are two units in the same building, so maybe the other one has the sleeper sofa?
- Parking: Parking is free on the street and there are residential parking passes provided with the unit (required for street parking). The only downside is that parking may be hard to find - one person drove around for 45 minutes looking for parking. It should be noted that we had (3) cars with our group and we stayed over a very busy weekend (St. Patrick's Day + NCAA BBall Tournament).
- Customer Service: Dan was great to work with! He responded to my emails within 1 - 2 business days and most of the time it was within 24 hours.
Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a "home away from home" while in Chicago!"

"What a gorgeous home. The location is awesome and there is so much to do in this lil area. We spent our families vacation here and had a couple of family birthdays. My grand kids loved it and the adults also had a good time. The boat slip was as added plus. thanks for sharing your lovely home. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. There is a mama deer and her twins that came down for a drink every night at dusk. The wild life are not at all afraid to share there home. Bob and Julie made the arrangements and entry to the home very easy. And if there was a problem they kept in touch. Awesome service
It was an awesome vacation for my family. thank you"

"Vacation is always better when we can bring our dogs :) The whole process of renting from Lee was smooth and easy. While this house is not considered luxury, it was exactly as pictured and suited our needs very well. The hiking trails and wineries are a close drive away. One of our favorite stops was Abbey Ridge. They have good brews and food and lots of space for dog frisbee. Hedmon winery had a delicious Norton and an added meat, cheese n olive plate for $2. Nice quick getaway for us. Lee responded immediately to our questions and as the other reviewers noted, the local eggs, bacon, milk, pastries and fruit were a delicious bonus. Thanks Lee!"
