"We have stayed in the Gifford Buck apartment at Ship's Light for years. Improvements have been made which make the apartment better, including a new fridge, twin beds in one of the two bedrooms, wifi and updated furniture. The location to Main St. Chatham and its wonderful stores and restaurants couldn't be better and the venue has BBQ's, outdoor eating areas, laundry, parking and bicycle storage aplenty.
The only caution I would give to prospective renters is that unless you have very quiet and considerate upstairs neighbours or are a heavy sleeper, you might be disturbed from time to time, morning and evening, by other renters in the house. The stairs to the upper rental units go right by the Gifford Buck apartment bedroom windows and it is likely that the upstairs renters do not realize that when arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning.
This is a beautifully maintained old sea captain's house, which won a preservation award 5 years ago, and it's central location and fair pricing are exceptional."

"We had a fantastic week in Chatham and this home exceeded our expectations. Served as the perfect base for our Cape adventures. Great size for our family, very clean & comfortable, and well appointed. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood just outside the town of Chatham, yet just a few minutes from downtown and numerous beaches. Owner Gerry was extremely attentive and helpful - thank you! We have VRBO'd over a dozen properties the last 10 years and he is the best owner I have experienced. Highly recommend catching a Chatham Anglers baseball game - town ballpark is 5 minutes from the house. Drinks on the porch @ Chatham Bars Inn - a must. We also enjoyed a day trip to Nantucket - ferry departs from Harwich Port, just a few minutes west of the house (look for Groupon Summer 2014). I believe that Chatham is the perfect spot for a Cape Cod vacation, and this home is exceptional."

"We have stayed at the Wind Mill more times than I can count. Its like being at home. The location combined with the Wind Mill's comfort and charm make it a most inviting and relaxing environment to be in. Linda and Stan go out of their way to offer guests every amenity one could ask for coupled by spectacular views of Oyster Pond...you just can't go wrong. The Wind Mill is simply irresistible. Plus you never have to move your car...walk to town, dining/shopping, the beach and grocery store. We'll return next month to our favorite "home away from home" in Chatham."

"I just wanted to drop you a quick note and tell you thank you for letting Bill and me use your beautiful home. We had such a fantastic time in Chatham and are looking forward to going back. There may be a sudden influx of Wisconsinites in the Cape Cod area, after we have told everyone that will listen how much we loved it. Again, Thank you.
