"The sweetest, most secluded haven in the heart of Chatham. Nestled in a quiet area..surrounded by beautiful gardens...private paths...tranquil surroundings. The comfortable home is equipped with anything anyone would ever need..the open bright kitchen is completely stocked for any chef...or any gathering. Their home is uniquely decorated with amazing trinkets that are simply delightful. The assortment of reading material is more than you could imagine.
There is every luxury if need to be connected as well...honestly..nothing was forgotten.
A sweet spot to stay while vacationing in the Chatham area!"

"My husband, our daughter and her fiance and I all enjoyed a week of sun, surf and seafood at this cottage. The close proximity to the beach and seaside marsh area was wonderful. We spent one afternoon renting a Hobie Cat from the beach shack and sailed on the Sound. We are an active group so with the rail trail so close we were able to walk the trail to Harwich as well as ride our bikes on another day. The cabin was air-conditioned which was nice on the really hot days and the evening ocean breezes made sleeping comfortable. There is not much private space in the cabin but we spent most of our time out doors with activities, going out to eat or just sitting in the yard enjoying the view. Scott and Anne are so welcoming and the cabins are clean, well maintained and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed are Cape Cod week at the Cottage and hope to return another time."

"We have been coming to the Isaac Bea / Mercy Bea for 5 years because it feels like home.. The house is beautifully furnished with antiques, artwork, china, and glassware and all the windows and antique wood plank floors make the house delightfully light and airy. The location and setting are perfect for my 4 kids: close enough to walk into town to shop or get ice cream, across from the ballpark where we watch the Anglers' home games, and close enough to the beach to walk or ride our bikes. We spent a lot of nights cooking our own meals this year, rather than eating out, and ate out on the deck, overlooking Oyster Pond . Mornings, while the teenagers enjoy a lazy schedule, my younger kids attend the Anglers baseball camp, and I sit in the garden, sipping coffee, reading my book, and enjoying the beautiful secret garden. After a long day on the beach or paddling kayaks, we come home to the fabulous outside shower and then hang our wet towels and suits on the line to dry in the breeze. That same breeze blows through the open windows and shutters into the kitchen and living room, and we sit and play cards in the evening around the big kitchen table. Thank you Janet for another great vacation! See you next year!"

"My family stayed at Pleasant Memories for a week this summer. It was a great house for us. Beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the backyard patio and backyard grill. It was convenient to the beaches and town. It was the best rental we ever stayed in. Everyone loved it."
