  • Wonderful

"When we arrived we are all blown away by the entire house, the size, decor, appliances, location, everything. It exceeded our expectations in every way and we are already talking about going back. I honestly cannot think of any shortcomings this property had, everything was top of the line and in pristine condition."

  • Wonderful getaway!

"We just got back from spending 3 nights at this cozy little cabin by the beach - and we loved it! This is a perfect place for a family to spend some quality time together. The kids LOVED the loft bedroom space, their own little hideaway. We enjoyed playing games after getting the kids tucked into bed. So close to the beach and stocked with everything you need, and even more! Thanks for a great vacation spot. We hope to be back again!"

  • Better than described!

"Our Georgia family traveled to Oregon for a family wedding and stayed for a vacation. This condo description fit our needs but I didn't realize it would surpass them to such a degree. I will admit, when we couldn't find the A/C, we panicked a little (we are used to 90 degrees and 90% humidity), but the Oregon coast is so cool that it wasn't needed with windows open (fresh air!!) and ceiling fans to circulate. The kitchen was fully stocked, although the cook (me) was on vacation. The beds were so very comfortable, and the extra stuff!! The closets were full of foldable beach chairs for adults and kids, beach towels, games, books, camping stove, sand toys, along with the stack washer/dryer. The 3 TV's allowed us all to zone out at bedtime while recovering from jet lag. The garage is underneath so you don't even park on the street. There is a short 20-30 foot walk to the beach path and it is close to a railroad. However, if anyone has ever been to the Oregon coast, you already know almost all of the coast is less than 1/2 mile from railroad tracks. In the 6 days we were there, we never heard a train. It does have 'only' an ocean view from a window, but an absolutely beautiful view of the mountains from the others. I'll take that any day. There was a lot of practical thinking in equipping this condo for renters. My only regret is we will probably not be back this way to utilize this fantastic place again. Thank you for offering this wonderful place for us to build memories on."

  • A TRULY RELAXING VACATION

"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a task to find a location in OR, not ever being there before, and so many of the online services were not honest about the description of their rental. BEACH FRONT, but access to the beach was a 50-yard trek to 50 stairs leading to the beach. MARGARITAVILLE where we stayed was right on the beach with a spectacular view, comfortable home furnishings, beds, linens, and amenities. I would highly recommend this vacation spot to anyone who is looking to relax, enjoy God's majesty, and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of my favorite enjoyments was the weather. No need for air conditioning and the house was always a perfect temperature throughout the 7-day stay. We didn't mind the 2 days of rain, either. We live in Reno and rain is scarce. It was worth every penny we paid and I'd love to go back next year for 2-weeks if possible."
