Everything you need is one block away, no driving necessary. Hop on the Balboa Ferry--2 minute walk--to Balboa Island to buy a balboa ice cream bar. Gourmet kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel Thermador Professional appliances. Enjoy two outdoor balconies, BBQ, Ultra-clean, air conditioning and heating unit with dedicated laundry room and parking for two vehicles in the garage parked tandem. House was a great size for the 6 of us and perfect location to the beach. We had hoped the back deck was accessible from the main living area instead of everyone having to go through the master bedrooms. Overall it was a great place to stay during the boat parade.
