Everything you need is one block away, no driving necessary. Hop on the Balboa Ferry--2 minute walk--to Balboa Island to buy a balboa ice cream bar. Gourmet kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel Thermador Professional appliances. Enjoy two outdoor balconies, BBQ, Ultra-clean, air conditioning and heating unit with dedicated laundry room and parking for two vehicles in the garage parked tandem. A Pack 'n Play and Highchair Booster Seat available for use upon request. This property has a view of the bay, it is not bayfront. The VRBO map location on the bay is incorrect. Loved our staycation! Excellent location close to everything from the ferry to the beach! Large spacious living area and open kitchen floorplan. Beds were comfortable and we loved the rooftop view of the bay! Communication was awesome, very responsive. Would 100% book this again!

This place is absolutely amazing!! Great location only a block from the beach. With beautiful view of the bay. The host was very accommodating for all of our needs. Highly recommend this gorgeous place!

This was our second stay at the property and it was fantastic, just as it was last year! There were 8 in our party and it was very comfortable for all. We definitely plan on staying here next year if it is available. We’ve never had an issue with anything related to our stay at the property or the check in/check out process.. It should also be said that the location can’t be beat!

Very nice, clean condo to rent. The beds were very comfortable. We ate out for most meals, but we did have everything we needed to make a meal. The only thing that wasn't provided were paper towels. The parking situation was limited but you can fit a small car in the garage. We rented the condo because we were in town for a wedding. It was very nice because everything was in walking distance. Very close to the beach and fun zone. Overall, I would rent this property again.
