Updated, clean and 1 block to town, this beautiful garden level 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium is perfect for accommodating a couples' ski trip or a family vacation to the mountains. Quiet, yet close to everything Aspen is key.

Each one of the 2 bedrooms includes a lush queen bed with luxurious, high tc sheets. Full en suite bathrooms come complete with fluffy new towels, magnified makeup mirrors and hair dryers.

The living room has 2 comfy sofas with amazing, soft, fur throws for lounging after a long day of outdoor activities. One sofa is a convertible sofa which pulls out to a queen size bed.

You will not need a thing in the kitchen as most every pot, pan and dish you could ask for is included. Most spices, salt and sugar are available as well. Perk up some coffee before you set off for your day and grab a bagel. Just 3 blocks away, City Market and the Grog Shop Liquor will provide your every grocery and beverage need you may have.

The large granite island kitchen is perfect for sharing a gourmet meal and stories about the day. Have a glass of wine with friends or enjoy house provided board games with family.

For relaxation, a convenient year round pool and hot tub is located just steps from the condominium.

We would be happy to have you as our guests. Making your trip memorable and comfortable is important to us. Feel free to ask any questions regarding the condominium or the Aspen area.

-You will not need a car as all that Aspen has to offer is within walking distance

-This condominium is 2 floors, both floors have access to each level by 2 exterior doors

-The view is limited, especially on the first floor

-A stackable washer and dryer combo is located within the condominium's master bath

-Free Wi-Fi

-Beverage refrigerator by dry bar

-Four flat screen TV's

-Electrical appliances: coffee maker, toaster, blender and 2 hair dryers

-Access to owners (my husband and I) for any questions that may arise 24 hours / day during your stay

-We as owners are also locals of the area, we are happy to help you with restaurant and skiing information.

Please note: This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed due to HOA rules. An 11.3% Aspen city lodging tax will be charged in addition to all rates unless rentals are more than 30 days.

The location of this condominium is the best - right at the base of Aspen Mountain. This garden level unit is one block from Aspen's core and 2 blocks to the Silver Queen gondola at Aspen Mountain. There's no need for a car as everything is within walking distance. To reach the nearby mountains - Buttermilk, Highlands, Snowmass and Maroon Bells - Aspen provides a free bus service which is one block away from the home.

We'd return in a New York second!

The first thing I do when entering a hotel room or VRBO is check for cleanliness, and this condo passed with flying colors. Then I check for amenities and again this condo excelled: multiple kleenex boxes, extra blankets, thick towels, full bar soaps, more cooking staples than typical, double-door refrigerator, quality lighting, and comfortable beds. The location is as described and is terrific: very close to the Aspen (Ajax) gondola and free ski bus, and an easy walk to the City Market grocery store and other downtown locations. If you fly into Aspen, there is no need for a car; a taxi ride is about $25. As described, the main living area is below grade and accessed by an exterior stairway. It snowed several times during our stay and the snow was promptly cleared. The loft (full 2nd bedroom and full bath) is accessed via a spiral stairway, an easy task for children and mobile adults. The owners clearly take pride in their ski home and genuinely want guests to enjoy their stay, plus they are straightforward and professional in their arrangements. I think the best question of a VRBO rental is "how likely is it that you would stay at this location again?" My answer? In a New York second.

Fantastic location, well maintained and upgraded condo

Fantastic location, short walk to the gondola and the shops and restaurants in Aspen. Condo has been tastefully upgraded, and is well maintained and very clean. It had plenty of room for our family of four and the boys loved having their own space up the spiral stair case in the second bedroom. The condo is also well stocked and includes nice extra touches like sugar, small jelly containers, tea, coffee, dish soap, cling wrap, foil, clothes soap, etc.

The main living area and master bedroom of the condo are below grade, while the second bedroom is at street level. Large windows let in light, but as the owner let me know, the condo does not have a view. The unit is very quiet, with no street noise.

The owners were very responsive and extremely easy to work with. We highly recommend this property and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family Vacation Space

We just spent a wonderful family ski weekend at this fabulous condo. Traveling with young children, we particularly enjoyed having two floors to spread out. Unlike other condos we have rented, we never felt on top of each other and our kiddos loved having their own domain upstairs.

We also loved the big open kitchen and dining area. We ran into another family from our hometown in Aspen and ended up having them over for dinner one night. There was plenty of space for the parents to sit around the table and chat downstairs and while the kids had a great time upstairs. The condo facilitated a wonderful evening.

The owners were incredibly easy to work with and helpful. We will definitely be back again!

What a great place in a great location. Listing was accurate and photos represent the property to a T. Close to everything and very inviting. Owners kept in touch and were more than generous. I would highly recommend this property!!!!

Spring skiing in Aspen

The description by the owner is right on target. It was beautiful in a perfect location, two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola on Aspen Mountain, ski in to one block away. Two blocks to the Rubey Park bus terminal for shuttles to the other 3 mountains.

The unit is primarily below grade, but there are windows that let in natural light. If a view is important, it's not for you. If you like quiet, it's perfect.

It was immaculately kept, and better than fully equipped. The owners were a pleasure to work with. It will be a first choice when we return to Aspen. Highly recommended.
