About Dan Percefull
Good Day and welcome to Leadville. I am a native of Colorado and grew up skiing all the local areas. One summer a friend got me into kayaking on the Arkansas River down by Buena Vista. So I found this great location in the middle of skiing in the winter, and boating in the summer. Leadville itself has much to offer beyond all that. Just the history is so amazing. Imagine, it was going to be the capital city of Colorado at one time! You can see why with all it's beauty, rich history and all the extraordinary activities at it's finger tips.. There is so much here to love and enjoy.
Dan Percefull purchased this Cabin in 2016
Why Dan Percefull chose Leadville

Had a wonderful time, very cozy.
Awesome 60's home in N. Leadville / Wooded Lot on quiet street.
Dan is a thoughtful and caring host; wish we had met him. Home overall was worth the spend (and we've rented a number of higher-end VRBO over the last decade).
The décor was a fun throwback to the 60's I am familiar with. The beds were comfortable and overall the home was well stocked and well maintained. Myself, along with my wife and nephew spent a full week in the home July 2018 and hiked daily, returning to a comfortable and safe home... thanks Dan!
Cute and cozy décor is well kept but with only a little TLC/ exterior presentation, this place would really stand out for the owner. Great place IMHO otherwise.
We recommend this home for anyone that wants a reasonably priced, safe home rental in the Leadville area VRBO and doesn't want to stay in the "center of town". This location is very convenient to Leadville and the surrounding area ( there are alternate ways in and out going every direction without dealing with a crowd in town). Very convenient access to the grocery store and town shopping.
Great location for fishing, shopping, hiking the Sawatch, or just unplugging. With no TV, we listened to the Bose radio and found great 60's - 80's music in 104.7 fm.
The wireless internet / WiFi we found extremely reliable.
Highly recommend this home to check out!
Wishing you a safe and comfortable trip to Twin Pines!

Lovely home with all amenites in great location
My family enjoyed this quiet retreat just outside of town. Short drive to hiking and biking trails, grocery store, gas.
Clean, well stocked, comfortable cabin/home
This home was more than what we expected! The beds were all very comfortable and easy to sleep in. Plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans, flatware, and serving dishes you need for a large family. My husband, my mother, my sister and myself stayed in this home and we're very pleased with it. We went to Colorado with a group of 13 including ourselves and we all gathered together at our cabin for meals and the home was very accommodating for all of us. The back yard was very nice for the children to play in. Dan was quick to take care of a plumbing issue that we had while there. All in all our visit with was wonderful and would highly recommend this home!!
Great Leadville location. Great comfort. Nice not having TV
Turquoise Lake is down the road great beach area in the summer and ice-fishing in the winter.
