We really enjoyed our stay at 216 E. 10th St. The house has a lot of space and light but is also cozy. We came to hike and bike but were rained out one day and enjoyed hanging around by the fire reading. The hosts seemed to have thought of everything a guest might need - coffee, tea, good bedside lights, tissues in every room and other little touches that made us feel right at home. The house is located a couple of blocks away from the Mineral Belt trail and is also close to downtown, offering easy access to outdoor activities and the historic downtown area. The neighborhood is quiet. Communication with host was great.

Everything was wonderful! The house is positively charming. Erika made everything easy and we were so comfortable. It was great hiking access for the hikers, and easy walks to town for those wanting to stick close. The fenced-in yard made it particularly dog-friendly. Erika also was kind and supportive while there was a fire nearby. Fortunately we didn't need to evacuate, but she made it clear that we'd work things out if we needed to leave early, which set our minds at ease. A wonderful trip!

House is spotless! We really appreciate how well stocked it was, quality of bedding. The Christmas decorations were a real treat. Tasteful and warm. Loved the fenced in backyard for the dog. Quiet place too. 3 block walk to Main Street for restaurants.

Wonderful home

This home was very comfortable, very well stocked and was a great location for Ski Cooper and downtown. Our family and friends really enjoyed our trip and this home was a big part of it.

Wonderful spot

Place is as advertised and was clean. Nice outdoor space and close to downtown. Everyone enjoyed the stay and the accommodations. Great communication with the owner and really appreciated the flexibility. Would certainly stay again.
