Our home is a large, comfortable, four bedroom, four bath home on an acre

Our home sits on an acre in Edna Valley and is great for Couples, Families, Solo Adventurers and Business Travelers.

We have a well-appointed, single level home with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, sizable family room with a pool table and 60" flatscreen TV. Our dining room can accommodate 10 and our living room is cozy and warm. In addition, our outdoor area is perfect for your quiet enjoyment.

There are many walking, biking and hiking trails nearby and a members-only, private golf course around the corner. The San Luis Obispo, Edna Valley Wine AVA is lush with Vineyards, Wineries, Wedding Venues, and is close to beaches, our downtown areas and the SLO regional airport. San Luis Obispo weather is perfect for outdoor entertainment, BBQs, or just relaxing with friends.

We are in driving distance to Whale watching, museums, fine restaurants, Hearst Castle and much, much more.

San Luis Obispo was named as the "Happiest Place on Earth" because it truly is a wonderful place to live and visit. For more information go to the Visit SLO website.

My husband and I enjoy traveling, exploring, sports (especially baseball) and living in San Luis Obispo. As a third generation family living in San Luis Obispo, we know first hand the beauty, attributes and culture that make our area so very special. We raised our three sons here and love the weather, people and charm of the Central Coast. We think you will too!

Wonderful family and home in beautiful locale

Toni and Gerri are on to something. Taking care of all of our needs and sharing their amazing home with us. A cook's kitchen. Family and game room to cozy up with a glass of wine from the area. They even had super glue handy to fix my son's remote controlled car! We came for a family reunion and hope to come back again.

Our home is not child proofed in any way so please message us to discuss if you will feel comfortable staying in our home with your young children. You will be 100% responsible for any injuries or damage sustained to the child and our home. This includes damage to our wood floors, walls and belongings.

Gatherings that include more than the guests staying at the home and Parties must have advance approval. Please message us regarding your needs to determine if we can accommodate your request. Some events will require an extra fee or deposit. If Guests are authorized to have a party or gathering they are responsible for any damage or police violations.

We have two outdoor cats that live on the property and sleep and eat in the garage. We (or our caretaker) feed them daily and will be as discreet as possible so as not to bother the guests. The cats are friendly and sometimes meow at the back door. Please be careful and do not let them in the house.

The gardner services the property on Thursday afternoon. Friday is trash day for regular, recycle and green waste trash (3 separate trucks). They usually arrive sometime between 10am and 3pm. We or the caretaker will try to take the bins out to the curb and return them Saturday morning.

The garage, some closets and cupboards have been secured and are unavailable to guests. Guests that attempt to access the secured areas will lose their deposit and be responsible for all missing items.

We have supplied many items that you may need such as a razor, shampoo, deodorant, some pantry items etc. Please use what you need but leave the remaining items.

Guests are responsible to leave the house and outdoor patio in the same condition as when they arrived with the exception of bedding and towels. Guests who overstay their reservations or misuse the house will be responsible for immediate expulsion and loss of deposit.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
