Su apartamento en Madeira - El apartamento de dos dormitorios piso de arriba en Monumental, Estrada lado a lado con los hoteles más importantes de Funchal, situado a poca distancia del mar, piscinas, varios restaurantes, supermercados, souvenirs, pubs y bares.

El apartamento está totalmente amueblado con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda y agradable, cuenta con aire acondicionado y un gran balcón donde se puede disfrutar de sus comidas o relajarse mirando el mar o la puesta de sol después de pasar el día viajando alrededor.

Podemos acomodar hasta 4 adultos y si viaja con un bebé, háganoslo saber para que podamos proporcionar alojamiento.

El edificio cuenta con dos ascensores y aparcamiento privado.

Traslado hacia y desde el aeropuerto se puede proporcionar también.

In the middle of everything, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Near the sea front easy to use the local bus service into the capital. No need for a car to get around locally easy to get tours for the other side of the island.Well equipped apartment in traditional style on the tenth floor with comfortable beds and lounge seating.

Lovely stay in Maderia

Perfect location for all the lido area has to offer. Easy walk into Funchal or bus stop directly outside. Excellent view of Funchal fireworks from the balcony which is huge with good table and chairs. Check in and communication with Martim was very good. The only negative we can give is the apartment needs updating.

English style

The flat with beautiful view and a useful location. You can get to the beach in 20 min on foot. Around there is a big food store, except other small and not cheapest shops. In the flat there is a nice kitchen with all the necessary stuff. Bus stop just at the building.

Excellent location but dated

We stayed in the apartment for a week. Communication with Martim was excellent and he assisted us by coming to try to fix a broken door-handle which left us unable to use the door and needing to exit the bedroom via the balcony. The apartment is spacious and clean, though the furniture is dated and a bit worn; and we found the beds too soft for our tastes. The balcony is very large and has wonderful views over Funchal and has the sun all day. We did enjoy our stay as the location was fantastic and having onsite parking made it easy to use as a base for seeing the island.

Funchal Penthouse

This is a corner penthouse unit with an extremely large balcony that looks out over the ocean and the city of Funchal. Very comfortable, great location, with many restaurants nearby. Very large Pingo Doce grocery store 10 minute walk. Walk to downtown in 30minutes and oldtown in 45 minutes. Martim the owner was very nice and welcoming while keeping in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. He met me at the property so I could park my rental car in the parking lot in front of the building. Parking is on site and very convenient. As I was driving a rental car, I did have trouble finding the building but for anyone coming from the airport, it is two or three properties from the Hole in One Restaurant on the same side of the street. There are two green gates for the parking lot and the building stands directly behind the bus stop. To enter the gate you actually have to drive up on the sidewalk. There is an elevator to the penthouse that was fast and I never seemed to have an issue in waiting. The only issue I had was water pressure in the shower. Martim did tell me that I could reset the water pressure from the utillities where the washing machine is but I never bothered, so I am not sure if that would help. There are two bedrooms with two single beds in each. As I was on my own, I did not ask if the beds could be slid together. Overall, this is a fantastic experience, and a wonderful convenient, comfortable place to make your home while visiting the city.

Martim ist ein zuvorkommender und verlässlicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, von wo aus man leicht die Altstadt aber auch den Strand erreichen kann. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, eine Bushaltestelle ebenfalls. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die traditionelle Einrichtung ist charmant, wenn auch die Betten etwas kurz sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage, die Lage, die Lage

Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und manche Sachen etwas unglücklich ein-bzw verbaut aber absolut sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht, Geschirrspüler, Ofen Kühl-und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine (!) etc. Das besondere Schmankerl an der Wohnung ist die Top Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick (Silvesterfeuerwerk, wow!!!). Parkplatz dabei, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, ebenso ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Cafe dabei und massig Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen.

good size

A really large apartment very well kept and all you would possibly need! I was disappointed with no English TV only sky news despite having asked & assured there was! I need it as on my own! Also no swimming pool which was my fault not checking! Overall it was a very lovely apartment with a huge balcony & sun loungers!

Excellent location with views to die for

A good size apartment with large balcony, views over Funchal to die for. The location is excellent to access restaurants and entertainment and buses around Funchal. Martin is very helpful and the cleaner comes weekly. Furniture is a bit dated but overall a very good apartment highly recommended.

Zentrale Lage mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Meer und Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Großzügig ausgestattete Wohnung (Liegestühle, Waschmaschine, Küchengeräte). Ein Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse wäre das i-Tüpfelchen. Wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Appartement spacieux bien situé avec toute les commodités

Martin est sympatique, réactif, et de bon conseil. Appartement bien équipé avec vu imprenable sur Funchal et la mer. Situé a 20 minutes à pied du centre historique de Funchal. Arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble. 400 mètre de la mer Je recommande.

The property was amazing with wonderful views from the large balcony.

From the time we got in touch with Martim until we left the property after 11 days everything went perfectly. Martim met us at the property on arrival to explain everything to us. He is a gentleman. The property was amazing and spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. The views from the all round balcony where you can get the sun all day was stunning. We would very much like to return to his apartment on our next visit to Madeira. Thank you again Martim for being such a lovely host. Iain and Etta

Spacious and comfortable. Amazing views.

We stayed for a month. Ideal situation with shops, cafes and restaurants all around. Short walk into city. Furniture quite dated but whole apartment very clean. Cleaner came once a week, changed the beds and towels. I would be very happy to stay there again .

Lovely apartment with fantastic view and great host

We booked this place in the very last minute as an emergency because the flat we had booked was dirty and its owner not helpful at all and after 4 days of staying we decided not to ruin the rest of our holiday. Martim was very helpful and quick to reply and as soon as we stepped into his apartment we knew that our holiday was saved. :) It has a huge balcony with amazing view over the see and you could actually watch the sun setting into the ocean. The flat is very spacious and fully equipped, but most importantly clean. They have a professional cleaner coming after each stay so you can expect a spotless home to find. Martim gave back our belief in the goodness and the great hospitality of the people of Madeira. He was friendly and gave us some useful tips and when the water pressure went down in the bathroom and told him he straight away solved the problem. This place is a good 20 mins walk from the centre of Funchal, but with car it's 5 mins. However in the surrounding area you can find everything you need, shops, restaurants, beaches. There is a shop just next to the building which offers good coffee and delicious pasty for very cheap. :) We are highly recommending this place and if we return to Madeira we will try to stay here again.

Schöne große Wohnung mit herrlich großer Terrasse und tollem Ausblick in alle Richtungen

Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und rustikal ausgestattet. Es ist alles da , was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit allen Küchengeräten und reichlich Geschirr ausgestattet. WLAN funktioniert nur im Wohn-Esszimmer, da die Wohnung so groß ist, dass die Verbindung nicht in die Schlafzimmer reicht. Wir waren 10 Tage in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super. Für ein Mietauto gibt es Parkplätze direkt am Haus und auch die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Vom Straßenlärm der Estrada Monumental hört man im 10. Stock nichts. Allerdings ist der Generator oder die Ablüftung des Nachbarhotels im Dauerbetrieb und ziemlich laut. Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen großen Esstisch , 4 Stühle und 2 Liegen. Die Markise als Sonnenschutz ist leider kaputt. Uns hat das nicht gestört, da es im November nicht so heiß war und wir gerne in der Sonne sitzen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Tipp: Vielleicht ein langes Verlängerungskabel mitnehmen, da in keinem der Badezimmer eine Steckdose für den Fön vorhanden ist.

tolles Penthouse-Apartment in zentraler Lage

Die bisherigen 5 Bewertungen sind in vollem Umfang richtig. Hinzufügen möchte ich, dass wir das Apartment erst für 2 Personen gebucht hatten. Es war ohne Probleme möglich, mit dem Vermieter zu sprechen und auf 4 Personen umzubuchen und das ohne Extrakosten. Sehr kulant! Wir können das Apartment jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Highlights wie schon in den vorigen Bewertungen beschrieben: tolle riesige Dachterasse, zentralte Lage, großes Apartment mit 2 gleich großen Schlafzimmern, sehr gute Matrazen, alles sehr sauber, Reinigung wöchtlich Dem Vermieter Martim an dieser Stelle nochmal Vielen Dank!
