Escápese de verdad en esta encantadora casa a un corto paseo de la playa.

Escondida bajo viejos robles situados en aproximadamente un sitio de un acre, esta encantadora casa es nada menos que un refugio costero. En el interior encontrar�� una decoración costera en esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños. Esta casa cuenta con una combinación de cocina / sala de estar con comedor en la cocina, taburetes de bar alrededor de la isla central y TV de pantalla plana grande. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de cuarzo revestidas con electrodom��sticos de acero inoxidable.

En el piso principal (segundo piso) encontrar�� 2 dormitorios amplios: un dormitorio principal (cama king) con baño en suite con ducha de gran tamaño y un segundo dormitorio que se abre a un porche cubierto. Este segundo dormitorio usa un ba��o completo compartido ubicado en el pasillo principal.

Mirando al nivel inferior (1er piso) encontrará otra área de entretenimiento con televisor de pantalla plana grande, sofá cama y acceso a otro porche cubierto. Nivel inferior cuenta con 2 dormitorios con capacidad para 6 a 8 personas. Un dormitorio con un conjunto de literas y el segundo con una cama queen. Esta planta también incluye un ba��o completo con ducha y un lavadero separado.

En el exterior hay una ducha exterior de gran tama��o. En la parte trasera de la propiedad hay un puente privado que conecta la propiedad con Island Center Shopping Plaza (tienda de comestibles Harris Teeter) y un fácil acceso a Palm Blvd. Los huéspedes de Crossing Palm Blvd pueden caminar hasta el IOP County-Beachfront Park con paseo mar��timo y parque infantil.

No se admiten mascotas, No fumar, fogata y garaje no son para uso de los huéspedes. Cozy Cottage in Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our ladies group was looking for a reasonably priced vacation rental that would have enough beds to accomodate everyone. This home fit the bill. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was close to town with the added convenience of a Harris Teeter grocery store behind the home over a little bridge. It was also within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We had a fabulous time and would definitely choose this beautiful home again.

Great place for family and friends

Lovely house in a gorgeous setting. Ultra convenient if you’re the kind of person who forgets the milk and yet proximity to Harris Teeter was unobtrusive. Lots of space to spread out- indoors and outdoors. Feels like a much larger home.

Amazing rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was amazing! Our group of 5 loved it! It was clean, well furnished, and very private! We had more than enough space! We did drive to the beach as it was a little far to pull coolers, etc. But we were able to park at the park and have access to bathrooms! We will most definitely stay here again! Mostly highs and a few suggestions

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This small open floor plan cottage is nicely tucked under the trees in an older neighborhood. Cute renovations, great yard, and parking area. Perhaps typical, but screened porches, stairs, and railings have a lot of mildew. Walk to the Harris Teeter is super convenient, though very littered on the other side. Quick to the beach and restaurants. Outside is rather noisy since it's close to the connector bridge. Upstairs bath sink stoppers don't keep sinks filled, shower drain in primary bath needs repair,its broken stonework is missing a real drain cover. Though it was sufficiently cold, the refrigerator control panel is broken. The kitchen needs more spoons, hot pads, cookie sheets, a hand mixer, storage containers, and larger mixing bowls. A few wall hooks in the baths and bedrooms would be handy. Beds were extremely soft. Adding a chair in the bedrooms would be nice. Door locks need lubrication.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a weekend get away scheduled for my sisters and sister-in-law and we were all looking forward to a relaxing time. The house itself had what we were looking for. We were a little disappointed about the proximity to the beach, while the walk wasn’t too long, we had a pregnant woman and a nursing mom in our group and we were a little too far to pop back to the house more than once a day (especially because the walk is along a relatively busy road). All in all it was a good trip, the only thing that put a damper on our time there was how warm the house was. We followed the directions and did not adjust the thermostat above 72, however the upstairs of the house wouldn’t cool lower than 76. A fan in the living room to combat the heat would have been lovely. We thought we could live with it during our stay but the last night was definitely the worst. We ended up cutting our trip short and leaving a few hours earlier than we intended because of the heat.

This is the one!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I just returned from the beach with my husband and 2 other couples. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed In this house. The first time was with my husband, my kids and grandkids. We loved it then and wanted to come back. The location is perfect. A walk through the backyard, over a little wooden bridge and you’re at the shopping center with the grocery store and restaurants. Cross the street and down the block and you’re at the public beach access or turn right and you’re downtown. A 5 minute walk from everything. There’s so many spaces in the house for everyone to spread out, with the living room up and down and 4 porches to sit in. There is no dining room but the downstairs screened in porch has a table big enough for everyone. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and there was plenty of bedding. We were provided with plenty of bath towels. A few extra kitchen towels would be nice. The couple that slept in the downstairs queen room noticed they could hear walking around from the master directly above them so light sleepers beware. The coffee machine uses K-cups so do your shopping accordingly. A Mr. Coffee would’ve been nice so be able to make a full pot but it wasn’t really an issue. When planning our next trip to this area we will definitely be checking to see if this house is available again. The management company is amazing! I loved that we got email communication regularly throughout our entire stay with tips to help plan our vacation and reminders of how everything works and to find what we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Lovely Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The Harris Teeter grocery is literally right behind the house but you can’t see it for all the lovely landscaping. You will also find some great restaurants in the little shopping center with Harris Teeter. We had one maintenance problem and someone was there within half an hour to check it out and fix it. Wish I had that kind of service at home.

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took a family trip here with eight people and the house was very comfortable and well situated. It was Fourth of July weekend so it was very crowded on the public beach but it’s very easy to walk to the beach or to drive down to one of the many other access points on the island. It was very handy to be able to walk to the grocery store in one minute as it backs up to the property. The house was modern and well equipped and we enjoyed our stay very much. They did advertise a wagon to help carry your gear to the beach but the wagon seemed to be missing while we were there, so hopefully someone finds it or they get a new one because that would be helpful.
