Each of the three king bedrooms comes with its own ensuite bathroom, so no more fighting over who gets to use the shower first! And the fourth bedroom has a spacious bathroom just steps away—talk about convenience.
The living area is super spacious and open, making it the perfect spot for family hangouts or catching up with friends. It flows seamlessly into the dining room and a fully stocked kitchen, so you can whip up your favorite meals without a hitch.
Need a little peace and quiet? Just off the living room, there's a lovely screened sunroom where you can relax with a book or enjoy your morning coffee. Plus, it leads down to a fenced backyard that's just waiting for some fun. This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
3 King Beds / 2 Bunk Beds / 1 Extra Long Full Bed
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 4 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental, located near year round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, or other types of larger gatherings.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (12) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
