This home is very sun-filled and tastefully furnished with a true East Coast, Maine style! Open-concept, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, renovated home with ocean views and a spacious yard. Only a short stroll to Casco Bay, beaches, and the nostalgic Town Landing Market!

The property is less than a 15 minute drive to Portland's Downtown District (a historic, seacoast city filled with galleries, shops and award-winning restaurants). Portland has been recognized nationally as one of the Top 10 places to visit. Falmouth Foreside was featured in Down East Magazine as one of Maine's most prestigious neighborhoods, Enjoy the most amazing sunrises from the neighborhood cove-style beach.

There are many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors while taking in the beautiful scenery during your stay. You will often see people walking or running along Foreside Road (Rt. 88 - a portion of the annual Maine Marathon route), as well as wooded trails off nearby public parks. A relaxing stroll to a local favorite, The Town Landing Market, is only 5 minutes away. If you enjoy sailing, kayaking/stand-up paddleboarding or salt-water fishing, there is public access at the end of the street, as well as at the public Falmouth Town Landing 5 minutes away. If sitting on a beach at low tide overlooking Casco Bay and sailboats appeals to you, then Underwood Cove is a perfect choice at the end of the street. All ages enjoy the exploration of this beach at low tide as well!

Guests will have full access to the entire home including private parking off-street in the driveway.

Please no smoking and no pets.

We also own the one bedroom, one bath open-concept cottage with its own private entrance, driveway and parking with fence and landscaping separation next door. If there is an interest in renting both, please inquire for more information.

All guests must park cars in the driveway assigned to the house. Guests may not use any privately owned Kayak/SUP's on the beach/end of street.
Hot tub in rear is drained of water and non-operational. Fireplace in living room is non-operational. Both are not to be used.

Thr house was very clean and comfy. It was well equipped and even had beach toys and towels. The owner communicated nicely and made our stay so easy. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. We walked to the water each day. The house was also convenient to Portland. We would definitely stay again.

Great for our family of 5. Everything we needed was provided. Amy even asked me towards the end if anything was "missing." I mentioned that only having some tissue boxes would be nice. Literally the only thing missing. She left tissues on the porch the same day!

Beautiful Home

A truly beautiful home in a quite waterfront town. The house comfortably fit 6 of us and was stocked with all the necessary amenities. Amy was a wonderful host, providing great suggestions and plenty of information to ensure we had the best stay. Getting to and from Portland was quick and easy, with Ubers running under $25 a ride. We enjoyed wonderful breakfast sandwiches and coffee from the Town Market Landing (a quick walk up the road) and had a great sit down meal at the Dockside Grill (another quick trip up the road). 10/10 would recommend

Beautiful place, amazing location

Amy was a fantastic host, she was very attentive and communicative. The house was in great shape when we arrived, was as-described and even better than we expected. It's a short walk down the hill to a private beach cove, and an easy walk over to Town Landing Market.

Beautiful house with lots of charm!

Friends of mine and their families with children ranging in age from 4-14, recently came into town for an overdue reunion and some of them stayed at this amazing home! (We actually booked both homes on the property for additional space.) All of my friends and I agreed that this was an incredibly beautiful home with so much beachside charm. The downstairs was open and spacious and allowed for fun group gatherings. Everything was immaculate and so cared for. The house is full of supplies in the kitchen, bedrooms, and for the beach! The owner is clearly dedicated to making this house a unique and special away-from-home-stay, and truly wants you to thoroughly enjoy your stay! Without question, this is a perfect rental which ALL of us would rent again!!

I adore this area so much that my husband and I chose to build our family home in this same neighborhood! I really cannot share enough positive comments about Falmouth Foreside and how much I feel grateful to be living in this neighborhood.

Falmouth Foreside is one of Maine's most desirable areas to live. In addition to being a great seaside community, it's conveniently located to downtown Portland, Maine with access to an international airport, bus and train station. The Falmouth Public Schools often receive national recognition for their quality programs. In partnership with Greatschools.org, Forbes online featured an article in 2011 describing Falmouth as scoring the highest on their second annual look at the places in America where your housing dollar will go the furthest in getting your children a great education.

What makes this property unique

This home and lot are very sun-filled with southern exposure. The smell of the ocean air and a nice breeze off the bay make it very pleasant for a true seaside experience!
