We appreciate your feedback as we always look to make enhancements where possible so renters have fond memories of time spent at our cabin. While a relished spot for many return vacationers and well suited for many individuals & families, sorry to hear it wasn’t a good match for your needs. As indicated in the property description, we are one of 5 cabins at Birch Lodge on beautiful Lake Huron but not the more secluded private location you apparently were seeking. Our property description also reflects there is no Wi-Fi connectivity available at this time. We find Cell phone connectivity issues are mostly related to an individual carrier’s coverage area. Relative to other items you noted, it is the first time we received any concerns related to these topics especially the mattresses where recent renters just had commented they found them “so comfortable”. We do understand though mattress comfort level is a very personal preference. Road noise during peak traffic times can echo off the lake ; however, come nighttime it is much quieter as traffic is significantly lighter and hasn’t been noted by others as a deterrent. We will take a look at our lockbox instructions and contracts for any potential enhancements that may benefit our customers going forward.
