Upper Peninsula premiere location. Minutes from St.Ignace, cozy log cabin on Lake Michigan. Enjoy two acres of woods and Lake frontage. Spectacular views from cabin directly on Lake Michigan. Can't wait to share 2024 season with you. Come and enjoy views of St. Helena island and its lighthouse from cabin table. Freighters pass by regularly. Great swimming, kayaking, fishing on lake Michigan. Enjoy fire on waters edge after a day of sightseeing in "God's County" Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Cabin includes two bedrooms, one king, one queen. Also full daybed in living room. Kitchen includes everything you will need to prepare meals onsite. A charcoal grill is also available. There is one bath and also an outdoor heated shower. Utube TV, WIFI

This is our favorite Up North place to be. All the conveniences we like wrapped up in a quaint, rustic package we never get tired of (4th stay—so far). The view of Moran Bay and Straits shipping is awesome, it’s quiet and serene, and close to everything we love about northern Michigan. Can’t wait to get back here!

Cosy Cabin, Restorative and Relaxing Waterfront.

We enjoyed our stay at this sweet, charming cabin. There were many thoughtful details thoughout. The property and beach area were private. After a day visiting area attractions, we especially enjoyed evening campfires.

Third stay here, and could not love it more! We’ve stayed in Michigan A LOT over the years and told Maryjo the first time we stayed here that this is the place we were always looking for. Not just an authentic cabin in the woods, but with updates that make it so much more “stayable,” (WiFi, washer/dryer), while keeping its 40s charm. It’s private, quiet, at a beautiful spot on the bay, with just the right proximity to conveniences—not too close, not too far. Maryjo is always quick to respond to any questions.
