Remodeled Beautiful 2+Loft Snowcreek 236 Solitude Light End Unit Panoramic Views

Come enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer in our nicely appointed and recently remodeled 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath condo in Snowcreek II. New flooring, new bathrooms including showers, vanities, and flooring. Our condo is a rare end, south-facing unit with lots of windows so condo is light and bright with stunning views of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwins. We love to just sit on the balcony with our morning coffee and take it all in. Our condo sleeps up to 8 people with queens beds in the master and guest bedrooms, a full and two twin beds in the loft and a new Crate & Barrel sectional couch in the living room. We also provide a fold out twin mattress for slumber parties in the loft.

Our condo is an end unit townhome with outdoor entrance, surrounded by lots of open space. Remote code access so contactless check-in. Our condo has an office nook with a printer and secure wifi if you are working from home.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 3 STORY PROPERTY WITH MASTER AND GUEST, AND BOTH BATHROOMS, ON LOWER LEVEL; MID-LEVEL IS LIVING AREA/DINING/KITCHEN; UPPER FLOOR IS LOFT. Access is by stairs.

Our condo is perfect for families, with everything you need to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, bbq on the balcony with 2 chairs and a table, washer & dryer in the unit, secure wifi, Smart flat screen TV with sound bar in living area as well as in master and guest bedrooms. This condo is within the park-like setting of Snowcreek II just steps from the beautiful Snowcreek meadow and Mammoth Creek with its ponds, streams and fishing, and is also just steps from the spa and sauna. In summertime, the grounds blossom with flowers and grass. We are located walking distance to Snowcreek golf course and the driving range as well as the Athletic Club. Snowcreek is perfect for taking long walks through the meadow and biking in the surrounding area, including the nearby trails through the forest. In winter, we are walking distance to the red line shuttle and there’s plenty of area for kids to play in the snow while you sit and relax on the porch or balcony.

Great Views

The family and I had a great time. Been coming up to the Sierras for years and this place has the best views. Plenty to do for kids and adults. The grounds are maintained very will and residents seemed quite friendly. Highly recommend

Mammoth stay

Loved the location, balcony, and large living room floor. Overall, the place was awesome to stay at for an extended period. The kitchen had all necessary cooking supplies. Was a very comfortable space and would definitely stay again or recommend. Host was quick to respond and had information needed.

Unforgettable Family Retreat: Nancy's Place - A Perfect Getaway with Breathtaking Views

Nancy's place was perfect for our little family. We had such a great time! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The grounds were more than beautiful with spectacular views of the mountains, which the pictures don't do justice. Our kids didn't want to leave. We can't wait wait to visit and stay at Nancy's place again.

Had a great time. We really like the location of this property because it is kind of on a cul-de-sac with very little car traffic. This is obviously when you have little ones like to ride their bikes, etc. Great views of the mountains. Also, you're very close to walking trails. From time to time you will see deer walking to the grounds. Nancy is great at getting back to you if you have any questions.

Perfectly Cozy

Our family visited Mammoth for the first time and we stayed for a week at Nancy's place. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us including grandparents and 3 children. Having 3 levels, this townhouse allowed us to gather in the living room and eat our meals together while allowing everyone to scatter when they needed their own space. We saw deer passing through the community from the balcony one evening. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots and pans you need. The dishwasher is quick and efficient. They have a K-Cup coffee maker that allows you to make a single cup or a whole pot which was handy. The kids loved the velvety soft fleece throws and the area rug! Bathrooms are updated and the water gets nice and warm quickly. Lots of closet/dresser space to store clothes and luggage. Location is perfect. Very close to the restaurants and grocery store in town. Can get up the mountain in less than 15 minutes - just make a left from the community and go straight up the road! Would definitely want to stay here again.

Great location. Great host. Only concern is Master Bed, felt like it was a double with the tendency to roll to the middle of the bed. Bathrooms all on the bottom floor. Outside of that, great place.

Decent condo way outdated

Condo was okay but layout was not good. All baths on bottom of 3 floors. Carpeting needs replacing and many other items are just way outdated. A refresh would go a long way there. Location and grounds beautiful and we'll kept.

Love Nancy’s place! Our second time staying here!

Once again we had an amazing time staying in this Snowcreek unit! We love the location. Beautiful grounds, quiet, peaceful with the meadow just steps away! We saw deer everyday on our evening walks. The townhouse is comfortable and has everything you need. Nancy is easily accessible if needed.

Lovely Location in Mammoth

The property is a nice condo in the Snow Creek area in Mammoth. The appliances are fairly new and work well. It would be helpful if there was a binder with information about the remotes for the tv, the operation of appliances, and other information that is currently posted on the refrigerator. There is a large coffee table in the living room that a binder could be put on for easy access to all information. The bed in the guest room has a firm mattress with a springy base. Our family members found it uncomfortable. The master bedroom has a bed that is very high. It would be great if there was a small step stool on each side to easily get in and out of bed. The bed mattress tended to go toward the middle, especially on the left side as you are lying in bed. The kitchen was well stocked. However, there needs to be a thorough cleaning and organizing of the cupboards and items, as well as the closets throughout. Be aware that there is no powder room on the main level. You must go downstairs to the entry level to use one of the 2 full bathrooms. That shouldn't be a problem for younger people, but we had a couple with us that have trouble navigating stairs. We ate in and were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. The grounds are very well maintained and every flower bed was filled with beautiful flowers. There is access to the lawn area from the front door and the master bedroom slider. There is enough room for lawn games outside. We enjoyed our stay in the area.

Great Memories of Mammoth

I have been coming to the Mammoth area since 1959 and have stayed in the Snowcreek condos with my sons when they were youngsters and teenagers. This trip we introduced the grandkids! What a wonderful experience and the condo was great! It was well stocked and in a great location. The owner was easy to get ahold of and met all our needs. We will be back!

We had an amazing time staying at this property! Great location! Best of both worlds! Close to town, yet the creek adjacent to the property made it easy to enjoy the outdoors! I enjoyed my morning and evening walks along the path. The grounds are well maintained. The kids loved the pond that was steps away from the back door!

Great spot and location

This location was pretty central to many places we went. It’s not really walking distance to anything, but absolutely on bikes or a quick car ride. It felt very clean and I appreciated the description of the Covid cleaning steps they took for safety. Had one issue with WiFi and it was dealt with quickly which was much appreciated! We had a great time here!

Incredible time with great views!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this Mammoth condo. When we had questions on things the owner was very responsive and went out of her way to accommodate immediately. I recommend this condo as a very fair price, great location as a corner unit with nice light inside and great views outside. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable!

Perfect for our needs

The condo was everything we had hoped it would be. So roomy and met all our needs. We were in Mammoth for a family wedding and the location was so perfect for everything we needed to and for the all the places we wanted to visit. And the views from the condo itself were spectacular. Very responsive owner to any questions we had. I would definitely visit again.

Lots of room for big families

With all of our kids, it was nice to have so many beds available for them to all spread out. We loved being by the creek. Tv was easy to use and kitchen was good.

Why they chose this property

We love the open space that only Snowcreek offers, especially the first 3 phases, where there is plenty of open space and the adjacent ponds, meadow, creek and trails. We were lucky to find a rare end unit, that faces south as well, so the condo feel spacious and bright, unlike most other Snowcreek condo's. And you just can't get a better view of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwins! We love to sit on the balcony with coffee or cocktails and just enjoy the views and serenity.
