Snowcreek V 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Cozy 5 ⭐️ Mountain Retreat!

Welcome to our Mammoth Lakes Condo in Snowcreek V! As soon as you walk in, you will feel at home - just in beautiful Mammoth! Cozy and complete with mountain decor, this spacious condo will provide ample room for all of your family's needs. Located in Snowcreek V, you will have views of Mammoth Mountain, Mammoth Rock and the Sherwin. The dog fee is $150 per dog. There is a bed and TOT tax of 14% added to the rent separately that is paid to Mono Lake County.

All one level, bottom floor, two stairs to the door. Spacious open floor plan with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the living, dining and kitchen area. Walk right out the front door to hiking, biking and views of Mammoth Rock!

You are just steps away from Snowcreek golf course and Mammoth Athletic Club & Spa (extra charge). Relax on the deck of this quiet oasis and enjoy the tranquility.

.6 miles from Old Mammoth Road and right next to Snowcreek Golf Course. There is a shuttle stop at the corner of Old Mammoth Road and Minaret. Very quiet and safe to walk out the front door to many trails including hidden lake.

Close to bus lines. .4 walk.

This first floor unit with parking right in front (plenty) has it's own front door and no hallways or stairs! 1453 square feet. Bedrooms on opposite sides for maximum privacy. Wood floors.
- Pet fee is $150 - dog only! No cats - severe allergies.
- Quiet hours 10pm - 7am
- Call for pet requirements of the HOA association

The host Terry was very welcoming and the condo had all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. The condo was so comfortable, warm, cozy, and in a great location surrounded by beautiful snow covered mountains. We’ve stayed in several locations in mammoth but this one by far has been our favorite. Terri is so accommodating to her guests and she is always in communication for anything we may need. I can’t recommend this location enough not only for the location being close to hikes but the overall comfort.

Mammoth Holiday

We had a Great adventure in Mammoth!! We spent a day at June Lake, a day in Yosemite and a day at convict lake. In the evenings we stayed in our cozy vrbo watching movies and playing games. This townhouse was very comfortable and well appointed.

Another Relaxing Vacation

My wife and I have been back to Mammoth and stayed at this condo three of the last four years. The condo is it an excellent location and very peaceful. The beds are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this condo for a couple or a small family.

After 28 years of camping, skiing, hiking, biking and just plain hanging out in Mammoth, we sold our 5th wheel and purchased our dream vacation rental home! We are from Studio City, California (born and raised) and love Mammoth. We are fortunate enough to have work that allows us to work from home so we are in Mammoth enjoying our place about once a month. We take great pride in making a wonderful experience for each guest and have over the years collected many stories and praise in our guest book.

Why they chose this property

We had always dreamed of having a place in Snowcreek V. We loved the meadow and being so close to the golf course (we both love golf). We also loved how safe it feels walking the dogs, letting the kids ride around on their bikes and play in the snow as we are .5 miles from any fast moving traffic. And you can walk right out your front door to the many trials for walking and biking.

What makes this property unique

Our first floor unit has parking right in front, a trash bin very close, jacuzzi right behind our unit, and a very large grassy area for our dogs. In fact, we have portable fencing we put up for a quick fenced in yard - very handy on the snowy days! If you don't like to lug all your equipment upstairs, you will love walking right in to the unit (a 2 step landing to the door!).
