REMODELED 2 BR + LOFT / 2.25 BA in Mammoth Lakes - Woodlands Complex - Sleeps 8

This newly remodeled, freshly furnished, and centrally located unit is within the beautifully maintained Woodlands complex only minutes from Old Mammoth and The Village, nestled against part of the Sierra Star Golf Course. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 2.25 bathrooms. This is the perfect year round base camp for all of your mountain activities! There is a shuttle stop across the street which connects you to all of Mammoth. The shuttle provides services to the Village (with Gondola service to Canyon Lodge), or the Main Lodge for skiing and snowboarding, hiking or mountain biking, etc. We are close to restaurants, shopping, and the grocery store.

The unit has a balcony and is approximately 1500 sq. feet. The main living area is tastefully furnished with luxury vinyl plank floors, recessed lighting, and a new dining table, sectional sofa, recliner and love seat. A 55” Smart TV is mounted above a beautiful and safe pellet stove fireplace to create a comfortable and cozy room for relaxing. Guests can also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi. There is plenty of space and seating to comfortably accommodate your group!

The newly remodeled kitchen (granite countertops, new cabinets, & updated stainless steel appliances) is well equipped with new cookware, new flatware, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, blender, etc.

The bedrooms (King in Primary, Queen in 2nd Bedroom, and 1 Queen + a bunk bed in Loft) are updated with modern and comfortable bedding. There are TVs with basic cable in the King and Queen bedrooms. The bathrooms are remodeled with granite countertops and are stocked with towels, soap, and shampoo.

The Woodlands complex is beautifully maintained and has a communal Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, BBQs in the pool area, and on-site laundry (coin operated). The unit includes 2 parking spots (un-assigned).

Beautiful getaway! Property exactly as listed ... remodeled; sleeps 8 comfortably; fully furnished & stocked w/ lots of supplies (cooking/baking supplies, linen, including different sizes of towels for bath & pool). Very clean & cozy. Lauren was very responsive & accommodating. Community was quiet & clean and lots of needed businesses nearby. We didn't have a chance to try the pool or jacuzzi, but a nice extra. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent Stay for Skiing

The condo is as described. Great communication from host and information is spot on from easy check-in to check-out. It is located within 5 min to Vons and restaurants that we like.

Perfect Ski Weekend

This unit was even nicer and larger than pictured. Beautifully decorated with a cabin feel, great location, super comfy couch and loved the pellet stove for warmth. Kitchen nicely stocked. There were 4 of us and floor plan was perfect. Plus we had great snow and conditions! Would definitely recommend.

Great Location!!!

This property is in a great location! Close to the stores and close to the mountain. Only a 5 to 10 minute drive to the Village. We have stayed here before and loved it so much that we came back!

My family loved our stay. Everything is brand new. The place was very clean. We loved the view from the big window in the living room. It's 2 min from Red Shuttle stop and 11 min walking distance from Vons. Would love to stay there again.

My family and I came up to celebrate my birthday,This is such a beautiful CLEAN home with enough space & amenities for a family of 7.The pros- The home looks exactly like the photos listed, the location was perfect, quiet & safe. The cons-which I hate to report, but I feel people should know what they are getting into before booking. We arrived Friday night, the house was freezing, we literally were sitting on the couch in our gloves and jackets, waiting for the home to heat up. We did contact John who was very responsive & quick which I appreciate, but we were told the down stairs will be fairly quick, as for the top floor will take some time because of the space. That was not the case, for the bottom floor where the 2 bedrooms are, we were literally shivering all night, the upstairs finally warmed up the next morning, and the bottom floor not until later on in the afternoon. My husband had to run to ace hardware to buy an electric heater, which we didnt have to use, thank god, but that’s b/c the whole house finally felt warm & cozy.The primary bedroom mattress was HARD as a rock, to the point where we almost slept on the couch. So keep that in mind. My suggestion would be, to the owners, if you have reservations for the winter, maybe have the heater on ahead of time if check-in is 4pm b/c it definitely takes a while to heat up,& a lot of the windows don’t have insulation coverings so it definitely brings in that cold air. These 2 issues is why I gave it 4 stars.

Great stay for family of 5!

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of open parking all around the property and close to the unit. We enjoyed the pellet fireplace. The rooms were clean, pretty large, and had everything we needed. Walking to shops and restaurants was an easy 10 min. walk making the location desirable. We really didn't cook much so I can't comment on the cooking supplies. Lastly, I appreciated the host's quick response to our messages. Our entire stay was enjoyable and I would stay here again.

Relaxing visit for snow play

Took the kids to go sledding and to play in the snow. The condo was in a good central location to restaurants and nearby park for snow play. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our little group. Loved that the heaters got the condo nice and warm while it was snowing outside.

Perfect Place for a Ski Vacation

We stayed in this lovely townhouse for a pre-Thanksgiving ski trip, and it was perfect! Lots of space for our party of three. Everything is as described--comfy place, wonderful fireplace with lots of fire pellets provided, super easy check-in, excellent communication from the property owners, and we even extended our stay at the last minute with no problems. Excellent location in town and very close to a Red Line shuttle stop for the Main Lodge (Chateau/Azimuth). There's also another shuttle stop on Azimuth for Eagle Lodge but Eagle wasn't open yet. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Clean and Fresh

I enjoyed our stay at Mammoth Lakes Property ID 991878. It was clean and perfect for our family with 5 beds and 3 bedrooms. We would love to stay there again when we return. I really appreciated the "no shoes" policy at this property as we do not wear shoes in our own home and it keeps the floors clean.

Autism Momma’s Getaway

This place was in a very convenient and easy place to stay. The pool was the perfect distance away from the noise! The store is walking distance and the fourth of July parade was spectacular and (again) walking distance! We had 2 autistic non verbal children (ages 5 & 7) that loved the pool & playing on the stairs. Recommend the adults to stay in the loft & kids in the bedrooms. We would stay here again! Thanks to the hosts for constantly helping us with questions & random little things that I thought I was having issues with. This was a great experience for us! Thank you 😊

The condo is laid out well and the furnishings and decorations are well done. The main floor is cozy. It had just snowed for several days and the views out the windows were really pretty. The beds in the two main rooms are very firm. I did a lot of cooking and it wasn't the easiest with the knives provided. Also it would be helpful to have had some saran wrap/foil and storage containers. My granddaughters loved going in the spa at night. All in all it was a good stay.

Fun weekend getaway

Very clean and well stocked with plenty of toiletries and towels for everyone. When traveling with a large group, the less you have to pack the better! We stayed at this property this weekend with my family. We have a blended family so my oldest daughter is married with two kids 5 and 1 and our son is 13. The bunk beds were perfect for my son and older grandson, but my 1 year old grandson was a bit of a challenge. It is not set up well for a busy, touchy toddler with all the open bottom stairs and railings. My fault as I should have noticed some of this from the pictures. They all loved the pool!

Great Location with Room for Everyone

We just did a weekend with our family and a family that we travel with often. We found this condo to be very convenient to the grocery store and restaurants, as well as the shuttle. Read the description carefully - as we did think there was 2 and a half baths - which is purely my fault. It is a shared bath between the two bedrooms, but one bedroom has a sink. Loft has a very soft queen bed and two extremely firm twin bunks. King bed is on the firm side. Queen bed was medium to firm. We had a minor issue with the stove in the living room not working - but the other heat sources worked great, so it wasn't a big deal. Kitchen was fine - had most things you needed as far as utensils and dishes - tons of glasses and mugs. There are no cooking supplies at all - so bring your own oil, salt , pepper, spices, etc. Bring your own foil, baggies, plastic wrap, and plastic containers. They had a coffee machine - we had our own filters and coffee There are stove top pans and some casserole dishes. They do have a garlic press and can opener. They provided enough dish washer soap packs that we could use the dishwasher each day. We also enjoyed the large dining table and large sofa for chilling out and having game time. (Bring your own games and puzzles) There was a towel set for each person plus a towel for the Jacuzzi. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner was provided. Water pressure was amazing. The bathrooms are nice with one tub shower combo and one shower. Parking was right in front of the unit. Host was able to accommodate a later check out as no guests were checking in right after us which was lucky for us! Great stay and condo was really nice for a larger group.

Exceeded expectations

We needed a getaway for Thanksgiving, and this property hit all of the right notes. Well stocked kitchen to make our special meal, oversized comfy couches to watch football after we stuffed ourselves, and plenty of rooms for people to use to relax after a long day in the snow. The pellet stove was a highlight, as the fire gave a warm ambience as we drank our hot cocoa. This listing is exceptionally clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. We will absolutely be coming back.
