Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

Great place and location. Nice pool and mid-century vibe. would have appreciated a better stocked kitchen. Some cooking oil, coffee and a selection of spices would have have felt more hospitable.

Great stay

From the beginning, Jerry was very helpful and friendly. He answered all questions and promptly responded to our questions or concerns.The house is cozy and well-equipped for a lengthy stay.One great feature of this rental is that there is not a daily fee to heat the pool or hot tub. Rather,the actual utility charge is apportioned for the rental period. This is very fair, so that the end user pays the expense instead of an arbitrary charge.

Stellar view and pool

We had a great time at Melody and spent most days by the pool. The house is on the edge of the Movie Colony neighborhood, with lots of walkable, quiet streets nearby.

Fabulous

My sister and I met in Palm Springs with a plan on what we wanted to do for our short visit. The location was perfect, pool was wonderful, and the house was so clean and had everything we needed. We will certainly go back. Loved this!

Pool is amazing!

Staycation - pool spa and garden are amazing. House is up to date and comfortable inside. Many food delivery options and close to supermarkets. Was too hot to go to the dessert this time - 117 most days! One small downside is for us was inadequate window shades. So sunny we woke at 5 most days due to sun coming in!

Spacious and Available Property Manager

This was a very nice house - photos do not exaggerate, most rooms are very spacious. Pool and hot tub were kept very clean. Pool crew came by twice a week. Property manager, Frank, was very available by text and responded within a few minutes of contact with any Qs or concerns. Kitchen was stocked with a few convenient basics and everything was clean and in working order. Just a few small things that could be problematic for larger groups or those who have an extended stay (we had both). The main bathroom door locks, but doesn't actually latch, so there is a walking-in-on-others problem. In addition, the washing machine smells strongly of mold and ruined some of my white clothes with gray shadow stains when they came out. I hope owners can improve those two things, becuase that would make this an absolutely perfect rental. We are definitely satisfied with our stay and it was a great place for our family to get together.

Our stay was great. Everything about property was as advertised. One issue is hot tub did not work. Once host was made aware he made every effort to fix. He came out, arranged pool repair person to come out. Part had to be ordered. Without asking host credited the pool heating fee. Just went above and beyond. Really excellent customer service. Beautiful home, well stocked Kitchen, great location. Would definitely book again and would recommend to anyone

Fantastic

This was a great property for our stay. We had two small kids and three adults and the size of the property was perfect. The pool and back yard were great. The location worked really well, close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was easy to get downtown and find playgrounds in the city. I would totally recommend this property and would stay here again.

Spring Break

Swim among palm trees and sunshine until the stars begin to twinkle in the early evening. Stay cool in the shade with an endless supply of ice cream and popsicles from the grocery store only a block away. A quiet and peaceful oasis minutes away from many Palm Springs tourists attractions.

Great .....but

First time with VRBO and a bit confusing with the paperwork but, it got resolved. The property is convenient to downtown Palm Springs but, in an older neighborhood. The house is a bit tired but, they have nicely updated the bathrooms to bright and contemporary. We had everything we needed for cooking and they even provided a cooler for our trip to Joshua Tree. Exterior maintenance is needed and 2 of the sliding glass doors were inoperable. The furniture was somewhat stained in the living room but, we didn't use it. For what we needed, it worked perfectly and for that we give Palm Springs Melody 4 stars.

Beautiful Get Away

We loved our time at this house. Beautiful grounds, pool and patio and that's where we spent most of our time. Close to the airport and all amenities. Highly recommend!

Great Backyard & Amazing Pool

This property has a wonderful backyard and a large pool, which in PS can actually be hard to find. The interior, though remodeled recently has a lot of wear on the furniture and felt a little unclean, particularly in the living room. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the things you would need to cook and be comfortable. However, the fridge is pretty old and doesn't keep anything as cold as a newer model would and the freezer hardly kept things fully frozen. The property management requires you to keep the AC at 76 degrees and it was completely unbearable during our stay when the temp outside was 110. I think they really need to rethink their policy on this. We are from SoCal so we understand how AC's work and the policy is a really poor idea - be a bit more reasonable.

Spacious home, close to town

We enjoyed our stay here. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on one side of the house, and bedroom 3 is on the other side. Both “wings” have doors that close off to the main portion of the home to keep things quiet in the morning for the later sleepers in the group. Fun pool and jacuzzi tub have a nice view. Home could use some stronger lighting above the dining room table for more illuminated group game playing and meals. Close to downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. Jerry was really responsive to any issues that came up during our stay.

Amazing!

The neighborhood is very clean and quiet! Love the landscape of the entire house. The house was a perfect size, it was clean, decor was simple, pool and hot tub were amazing! Before arriving to Palm Springs I received a email with information on who to call when we arrived and address. Nick answered my call and sent Jerry, agent to meet and greet at us at the door. Jerry was awesome! I had couple things in regards to the house and Jerry was quick to response by phone or text. Definitely recommend this house to anyone! It’s not far from downtown, airport and the grocery store.
