Summer holiday rental, private villa from 700 century.
La Palazzina is a farmhouse in Tuscany with a beautiful swimming pool. The apartments for rent date back to the XVIIth century and have been lovingly restored. La Palazzina is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just 18 km South of Siena.
Our proposal is a dreamy vacation in our small corner of paradise, to enjoy at full the peace and quiet of the Tuscan countryside.
We will be pleased to host you at any time throughout the year, in a 18th Century Manor house that has been converted into eight self-contained apartments.

Wonderful!!!!

This property was truly amazing! After a very long drive from Trieste on the day of our check in, we were greeted with a home cooked pasta dish, antipasto, fresh fruits, and homemade wine. The 1700’s farmhouse has many different apartments that have been lovingly restored and have most of the modern conveniences. The owners make their own olive oil, wine, and cheeses as this is a working farm complete with roosters, chickens, cows, etc. This was perfect for our 20 year old autistic daughter as she is very “connected” to animals. There is a lovely pool that is perfect for everyone on a hot Tuscan day. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Eloise and her husband and are looking forward to a return trip next summer.

Gepflegte, schön gelegene Ferienanlage, traumhafter Pool, liebenswerte Vermieter

Bereits der erste Eindruck der Ferienanlage war sehr positiv, die Besitzer der Anlage sind sehr liebe Menschen. Vor allem Eloise, die Vermieterin, kümmert sich rührend um die Wünsche der Gäste, ist immer zur Stelle bei Fragen und Wünschen. Die Zimmer, in denen wir untergebracht waren, waren gut ausgestattet, teilweise kunstvoll bemalt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Bei Bedarf kann übrigens auch gegen Aufpreis eine schmackhafte Verpflegung durch die Vermieter(in) in Anspruch genommen werden. Der Aussenbereich ist tip top gepflegt und wunderschön angelegt, der Swimmingpool mit Blick in die grüne Landschaft der Toskana ein Traum. Da wir sehr heisses Wetter hatten, konnten wir den Pool wirklich auch ausgiebig genießen, auch zum Grillen findet sich für jeden ein ruhiges Plätzchen :-) Die Lage der Ferienanlage ist ruhig, obwohl zentral an der Verbindungsstrasse zwischen Casciano und Murlo gelegen. Für Ausflüge in die umliegenden Städte braucht man unbedingt ein Auto, innerhalb max. einer Stunde hat man aber so einige interessante Städte (Grossetto, Arezzo, Volterra, ...) in er"fahrbarer" Nähe. Siena ist als nächste größere Stadt ca. 1/2 Autostunde entfernt. Fazit: Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Mitunter auch wegen der sympathischen Vermieter, der enspannten Atmosphäre. der schönen Zimmer und des gepflegten, traumhaften Pools mit Traumpanorama. Ohne Einschränkungen weiter zu empfehlen, viel Spass in der schönen Toskana!

our stay

we liked the place a lot, spacious, well-preserved with a lot of history. The overall facility including the pool itself was very nice. Eloise was a very good host. Located in a beautiful part of Tuscany not too far from Siena. We had a bit of difficulty at first finding the place as it didn't seem to clearly appear on the GPS...
