Castnetter 6 is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo ideally located at Gulf Drive & 41st Street, just steps from the seven-acre, lifeguard-protected Manatee Public Beach in the heart of Anna Maria Island. Newly refreshed in 2026 with updated cabinetry and appliances, the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy and convenient. Enjoy the spacious 10' x 30' private sun deck, complete with outdoor dining, chairs, and loungers. Perfect for relaxing, dining outside, or soaking up the island sunshine.

Guests can enjoy a shared pool with the adjacent unit, two washers and two dryers for convenient laundry, and beach chairs and gear are provided at no extra charge. The adjacent unit is also available for rent, making it perfect for families or friends who want to vacation together while still having their own space.

Just steps away, you’ll find the Beach Cafe for breakfast, lunch, and live entertainment, a playground for the kids, and the West Coast Surf Shop for all your beach essentials. Across the street, Skinny’s Place serves ice-cold beer and famous beach burgers, while the Island Shopping Centre around the corner offers eleven eateries, specialty shops, groceries, and other conveniences.

Exploring the island is a breeze with the free Island Trolley just steps across the street. Traveling north to south along Gulf Drive, it stops frequently near all the major attractions, making it easy to see everything without the hassle of driving.
