Everything you need to make yourself at home with a full kitchen, dining for 6 and private balcony with glass for unobstructed views of the ocean as far as your eyes can sea! Walking distance to Carlsbad Village that is full of restaurants, nightlife and shopping! Close to Legoland, the train station, Flower Fields, Encinitas and much more! It's a perfect place to call home while you explore Southern California or simply relax on the beach...

Excellent Views - Close to Village

Our condo was on the top floor and we had excellent views of the ocean. The views allowed us to relax and enjoy the cool breeze, while having snacks and wine on the balcony!! The condo was very clean and easy to access. From our first night there we all knew we would return to this location. Management was very quick to respond to questions. Looking forward to booking again.

Excellent Location & Fabulous Sunsets

This was our 3rd year at the same property and we fall in love with it each time. There were updates to the showers this year and they were great! The location is very close to Carlsbad Village, so walking to get coffee or eat is easy. From the outdoor patio or from the beach the sunsets are amazing!!! We make sure to watch the sunset each afternoon. The management and staff are great and friendly. They are always asking if there is anything you need. We enjoy are time at Seashore on the Sand and we have booked our family vacation for next year!!

The only issue we had was the TV's. They didn't really work the entire time we were there. The staff tried many times, but the whole system is too confusing.

Girls Weekend at the Beach

We have a group of 4-5 50-something women that go on a girls trip every year. This year we chose Seashore on the Sand in Carlsbad. The location is amazing. We parked our cars and never drove them all weekend. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was nice and the view was amazing. It was clean upon check-in and there is a manager on site. Our only complaint would be that the window coverings and shade on the balcony didn't work properly, and there were no screens on any of the windows so we couldn't leave the windows open. The unit needs a little TLC to make it sparkle, but otherwise it was a great weekend!

Hi I am at a loss for why she says that it needs TLC The unit is in perfect shape in every regard. The unit was updated in Dec 2022 and nearly everything is brand new. The shade was primarily user error and she didn't mention it until she left. She gave us no opportunity to give her service. We do our absolute best to provide the best product available and give the best possible service. Look at our up to date photos on line. They accurately show our units. The photos were posted January of 2023

Thank you. We think so too! It is quite literally 10 feet from the door to the sand. Probably the closest condo to the actual sand anywhere near here. It is a true beach expericence

Thank you We feel we have a unique location for all of southern CA.We are directly on the sand but in the Village with restaurants just a couple of blocks away. Most guests never get in their cars during their stay

What makes this property unique

SEASHORE ON THE SAND is an unusually well maintained, clean, quiet and beautiful property just five steps from the sand with private beach access through the center of the building and only a block from the downtown village area of Carlsbad. You will enjoy views of the waves breaking on shore and thrill to dolphins surfing the waves along side the surfers and paddle boarders. In season, whales can be seen just off shore. Green flashes are seen on clear days and are like a good night kiss from above.
