Island South holiday lettings

This top floor (Level 3) apartment has great views over the top of the dunes to the beach and ocean and the balcony really IS as wide as the photos show! Parking is conveniently at the bottom of the stairs (no elevator). The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished, and is very comfortable. The patio door on to the balcony is showing it's age and frequent use and is heavy to slide on the rails, but that was the only fault.The beach here is lovely and wide with firm sand which is easy to walk on, and there are lots of eating places a short walk away.I enjoyed my 4 night stay here.

The apartment is lovely and spacious, has everything you'll need for your stay. The pool is steps away and the beach another few steps. The beach equipment free to use was an added bonus. It is within walking distance of some bars and restaurants and a short drive from St Augustine town. We absolutely loved this area and are keen to revisit in the future. Thank you.

What an amazingly spacious comfortable condo. Home from home with everything you need from a holiday home. So close to the beautiful white sandy beach, yet the pool is set within lovely gardens where a good book, a cold drink and a good swim makes this condo perfect!
