Newly remodeled 1950's Beach front vacation home ..... Dream Away is the top right unit of The Beach Dreams property. There are four rental units on this property. Dream Away has a beautiful view of the beach and also a small deck overlooking Gulf Drive. Dream Away has everything you will need for your vacation. A full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer in each unit as well as a dishwasher. The sofa will sleep two guests. 55 inch tv as well. Limited on site parking spaces. Plenty of private offsite parking as well. Please ask if you will be bringing more than one car. One small car is allowed. We will be happy to accommodate you. This property is close to Bridge Street on the south end of the island. Wonderful walking areas in this vicinity and yet close to cafes, bars, Post office, putt-putt golf and many gift shops.

Agradable y muy bien ubicada

Lugar perfecto para pasar maravillosos días en pareja y disfrutar de las puestas de sol más hermosas de La Florida. Estamos seguros de que volveremos si Dios permite. La propiedad está ubicada en un lugar privilegiado.

Super, excellent location!

Everything we expected it to be! The description and pictures are very accurate. Best location for dining and entertainment on Bridge Street. Steps from the beach. Comfy bed and well-appointed furniture, including all the kitchen accommodations were fitting to our needs. Our Host Wendy, was very organized and responsive.

Location Location Location

This is such a hidden gem on Anna Maria. Beautiful 1 bedroom condo overlooking the beach on the second floor. This condo is spotless and supplied with everything you need. The bed is so comfortable. Location perfect ! Just steps away from the circle!!

Great place and location. Mandatory evacuation 9/27/22 . It’s not like you could have rented to anyone else the rest of the week. I feel we should be reimbursed, insurance or not! Thank you!

Nice place

Spent 5 days here while my son was at a baseball event at IMG. Would be great for a couple. Very clean, good bed, awesome view, few steps off the beach., easy walk to Bridge St. Great Place.

Great location

Loved the apt, except for the bathroom. It was too small for even one person. No room for toiletries. No place to hang towels, etc. Sink water pressure was terrible. Had to was my face and brush my teeth in the kitchen sink.

Nice place

Very cute place. Right on the beach and within walking distance from the shops. However, there is a pool and an outside shower right behind the room. We thought it was part of the room but it actually belongs to the condo next door. We tried to rinse our feet off and this lady, who I’m guessing is the owner of the outside shower and pool told us we couldn’t use the shower to rinse off our feet. I understand her point of view but the location is very misleading. Overall nice experience.

Beach House get away

We just got home from our get away to the beach dreams VRBO. We had a wonderful time. The place was just as described. It was walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We loved not having to drive hardly anywhere! Best of all it was right on the beach. We loved looking out every morning and seeing the blue gulf water and palms. Wendy was always very quick to get back to us with any questions. It was truly a home away from home. We will definitely go again. Enjoyed every moment!!

Fantastic Get Away

Cute place! Great layout and use of space! Parking is tight but we had no issues. As described in listing. Perfect location - walk out your door to a beautiful beach with gorgeous sunsets! Also easy walk to shops and restaurants!

Excellent Location

The location was wonderful. The beach was right in front of us. We had a beautiful view. Bars and restaurants were within walking distance. We didn’t need to use our car at all. The apartment is small but very quaint and comfortable.

Perfect Location

The property was completely as described. The location was perfect, on the beach and easy walks to restaurants and shops. Parking is tight, but manageable. Don't bring an oversized truck or SUV, it might be too big for the space. There was a lot of traffic, but with a fan on in the bedroom, we didn't hear it at all. The kitchen was well equipped and there are a ton of towels. We would book again.

Perfect Location

Pros: perfect location, charming, clean, huge TVs, and wifi Cons: cranky neighbor in house to the north, no a/c in bedroom (only in living room), bedroom ceiling fan didn’t work, and bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom

Very Peaceful

We truly enjoyed our stay in Dream Away. The restaurants in the area were prepared for the safety of their customers which eased our initial concerns. Our trip could not have been more relaxing with most events cancelled - Spring Training. The beach was perfection.

Beach bungalow

Clean and everything you’d want and expect inside the bungalow. Steps to the beach and they have chairs and beach stuff for you. There was nothing lacking. We had a great time. Bed was comfy. I turned a fan on to mitigate road noise which never bothered me. Sunsets viewable from your window. Coffee maker and a Keurig. Dishes, etc all there. Loved it. Trying to find a reason to go back again. Thank you

Cute, clean and right on the beach!

This is a great location to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. Right on the beach with a nice view from the windows. The weather was pleasant so we were able to have the windows open and didn’t need the window A/C. It was nice to hear the waves at night when all was quiet. The place is very cute and super clean. Great use of a small space. The bed was comfortable. The couch and chair not so much. Everything you need to cook was in the kitchen. Full size appliances in good condition. Huge TV in living area and bedroom. We did find the Wi-fi was a problem. The TV would freeze sometimes and poor connection on our devices. It was better early morning and late night so we are guessing it is not fast enough for the number of people in the building. Both the owner and property manager are super responsive. We could not fit in the tight parking space due to a very large SUV next door and they provided another parking option immediately. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

New Years 2020

The property was very nice, rooms were clean and looked recently remodeled. Kitchen was welled stocked with anything you might need to cook a meal, and the bathroom had a nice little cart with shampoo and conditioner, tanning lotion and sunblock just in case you forgot something,. beach chairs and towels available also. We had trouble with the tv in the bedroom, it would come on but couldn't get any channels, talked to Wendy about it and she said it would be taken care of but nobody came to fix it and we were only staying 1 more night anyways so it wasn't that big of a deal to us. The description on VRBO does say that there is a hot tub and pool but the pool belongs to the cottage next door ( and they made sure to let us know that) and there is not a hot tub either. Overall it is a well maintained property, the local is great, within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and of course its right on the beach!

LOVED THIS PLACE!!

We absolutely loved this unit! Last year we stayed in the one below it. We were very pleased with both of them. The location is perfect! The owner is amazing and easy to work with. If there was a problem Wendy was very prompt to fix it!! She is amazing. We will definitely be coming back next year to stay again!! We could not ask for a better rental!!

Und wieder Traumhaft !

Ich kann mich an dieser Stelle nur wiederholen . Genau wie im vorherigen Jahr hatten wir wieder einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist absolut bestens ausgestattet und der Blick aus dem offenen Wohn-und Küchenbereich auf das tolle Wasser des Golfes und die atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge auf Anna Maria Island ist einfach himmlisch. Obwohl die Wohnung keinen Balkon zur Strandseite hat kann man diese, wenn man nicht die paar Meter runter an den Strand gehen möchte, durch die großen komplett zu öffnenden Fenster wunderbar mit Meeresrauschen auch aus der Wohnung genießen. Der Balkon geht dann vom Schlafzimmer auf die Straßenseite hinaus, wo man dann mit einem netten Glas Wein oder so das Treiben auf Anna Maria verfolgen kann und vom Restaurant an der Ecke mit netter Live Musik versorgt wird. Die ganze Abwicklung von Buchung bis Rückerstattung der Kaution mit Wendy, der Vermieterin, ist so komplikationslos und einfach. Bei Fragen meldet sie sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen, thanks Wendy!

Great location and very clean!

Wendy was awesome to work with and we really enjoyed our stay. Mtgeproperty is in a great location with perfect beach access. We ended up splitting our time between 2 units and they were both very clean and comfortable! They only challenge we had was the early morning traffic was a little disruptive since the bedroom is on the street side. Other than that, we had a really nice time.

Better Than Described

We have visited AMI many times, but this was our first time using VRBO. Our host was so wonderful. The check in and check out process was outstanding for this 4-plex property! No fuss code/info available as soon as room was ready. We actually got a no fee upgrade to a choice of a better room when we arrived (both rooms were great, one had slightly better views and more space so we chose that one). We were looking for a nice place to stay on the ocean with a kitchenette for a romantic getaway and we got what we were looking for! The rooms are all clean, updated and nicely decorated. Gorgeous views and the best access to island time activities and transportation. We felt like we were the only ones there as there was no outdoor noise when the windows were closed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make delicious meals with the food we got at the local markets. Our host contacted us promptly any time we had a question and fulfilled our every request. This is the only place we will choose when it is just us two visiting. Thank you for being a special part of the vacation we hoped for and the best vacation we have ever had!

So beautiful and Convenient!!

The place is beautifully decorated, and so close to the beach and restaurants and night life - everything!! We had a wonderful time on our stay, and being so close helped in a big way.
