Welcome to the oceanfront paradise on Kauai at Waipouli Beach Resort Unit F-204!

This unit is a 2 Master Suite bedroom with 3 full bathroom floorplan. Each Master Suite comes with a smart flat screen television, balcony, dresser and double sink bathrooms equipped with both shower and bathtubs. (Yes, we provide hair dryers!)

Central AC throughout the unit, as well as your own Washer / Dryer. Updated gourmet kitchen for all your culinary needs.

This private oasis is walking distance to some of the best restaurants on island and is centrally located on the east side.

Great central location on Kauai that let us easily get to both the North and south sides of the island. The resort itself is excellent, the kids very much enjoyed the pool and slides. The room is really big! More than enough space for all 5 of us, quite comfortable and well kept.

The host was very responsive prior to our arrival. Check in was easy. The property is amazing. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals ourselves. There were lots of board games, books and beach gear available if we wanted them. Fantastic Property

We very much enjoyed our vacation. The property was fantastic. The location is great if you want to explore north shore and south shore and the property is very close to the airport. The pool was wonderful. We got up early to see some sunrises, which were amazing. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The communication was very good. Alex was our contact and he was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Waipouli Beach Resort spoke to us as a central location with the best neighborhood. We wanted a private ocean front location with a large pool close to groceries and restaurants. We were looking for a location central to the island so any activity wouldn't be too far away. Waipouli Beach Resort provided all of that and more.

F204 is unique because it has both resort and ocean facing views with reflective private windows. This unit is also one of the few units that have both this view and convenient parking lot access
