The Landmark Resort is Located on 40 wooded acres atop a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. This is a first floor unit in the Flagship Building with a tranquil wood-view and is located adjacent to an entrance from a parking lot. It is fully equipped with a full kitchen: electric Fireplace, appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, silver and serving dishes etc. It's is a few steps away from the outdoor pool, deck, and a beautiful view of Green Bay during the day or at the time of sunset. * This condo is one of the closest units (in the entire resort) to the AWESOME Firepit, and "The Carrington"! There is a whirlpool inside this building overlooking a deck with a majestic view of the water. The property also has an indoor pool, in the main building.
Our rates are below most Landmark rates. We maintain this condo at the highest of standards of cleanliness.

Very quiet and clean. Good parking. Fabulous views of Green Bay from the public lounge area. Well kept walking paths. Owner was very helpful with early check in and questions.

Needs some updating...

Cool old Door County resort, but needs some updating and TLC (both the resort and the unit). A little irritating that the on-site restaurant was closed for both days of our stay for breakfast due to a "corporate event"- but I don't blame VRBO or the owner for that. Owner was excellent to deal with.

Lovely location

Positives: Location is great, lots of channel options on the TV, pots and pans in good condition. Pools are super clean, nice to have access to pool towels, and maintenance person was responsive. We were in the perfect location for the egg harbor fireworks! Access to tennis courts was great! Unit is very close to parking and ammenities which is super helpful. Owner was responsive to minor issue we had with drain. Constructive feedback:*Immediately off put by very pungent smell of stale cigarette smoke in the unit. It also was very humid, and although air conditioner worked fine, the humidity made the smell even worse.

Lovely condo in a beautiful resort

This is a lovely condo, perfect for two people, in a beautiful resort. The location is ideal for exploring all that Door County has to offer. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Quaint little place

It was clean with lots to do within 20 minutes. A place to fish right down the road and a trail to great views. I basically just showered and slept there bit for the price it was perfect. The area ia great.

Nice location and amenities, poor communication and check in process

The check in process was horrible. The front desk did not have our reservation. They said this unit owner often forgets to send the reservation details to them. Thankfully the front desk employee and manager on duty were very helpful and were able to pull the unit number off the listing photos. The host never responded to me. The room was nice, no issues there. Nice amenities. The only restaurant at this location was closed which was not ideal but it was a short drive into town. Personally would not stay again due to the lack of communication and check in process.

End of year getaway

The condo unit was nice. Perfect size. Mattress was horrible. We walked into the unit and it smelled like someone was masking a stale old cigarette smell. The halway leading to the unit from the main entrance smelled the same as the room. I would stay at the Landmark again but not in this unit unless the owner does some serious paint and sanitizing.

The room had a sewer smell. Water out of the tap was cloudy and fizzy. Furniture and bed were uncomfortable. Overall outdated.

No communication that there was a hot tub in the building to use. Outside entrance was dark making it difficult to see. The hallways smelled musty and the walls were scuffed and in need of repainting in the flagship building. The chairs in the room bottomed out when you sat in them. Coffee maker wasn’t clean.

Good choice

The property was clean and well-maintained with great walking trails and scenery. We unfortunately couldn’t keep windows or the patio door open due to a neighboring property smoking outside. I’m not sure it’s worth the price but we did go on their busiest fall weekend and it’s a safe choice if you’re looking for a good place to stay that is close to everything.

I have invested in the landmark primarily because I see great potential being realized. All of the staff and owners enjoy their work, take much pride in the property, and have a wonderful attitude. And of course the views of the lake, over the golf course, are the best!

This unit (2) Samsung Smart TVs. The unit is situated Very Close to the Firepit and Carrington Pub and Grille. It also has a pull-out sleeper with a "Solid Foundation" which is much more comfortable than the springs and bars.
