Hidden Bear Cabin is nestled in the woods of Egg Harbor and is great in the summer, amazing in the fall, and unbelievable in the winter! Wonderful all-year-round :)!

Come experience this cozy, clean, hand-hewn log cabin with exceptional attention to detail. Crafted by Jeff and Sheila Prust, who are well known for their woodworking, imagination, and artistry.

Enjoy this tastefully furnished & appointed 2 BR/2BA cabin, with north woods rustic decor, but without roughing it! It is a 'one-of-a-kind' in beautiful Door County, Wisconsin. Come stay in this relaxing atmosphere nestled in 5 acres of hardwoods.

We spray for mosquitoes and ticks around the cabin and fire pit all season. It is eco-friendly and it works!

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:
Fully-equipped (should you want to cook), featuring refrigerator (second one in the basement), built-in microwave, full-size stove & dishwasher. Kitchen also features Cuisinart coffee maker, toaster, blender, Stereo, garbage disposal, & more.

SUNROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
Very comfortable pull-out sofa with air cushioned mattress top. 55" 4K TV with sound bar, sub woofer, blue ray DVD player & over 200 channels via Direct TV. Select DVD library. Beautiful Door County fieldstone gas fireplace with blower if needed. Windows galore! Great game and reading room as well!!

Closet, Queen size handmade log bed.

FIRST FLOOR BATHROOM:
Tub/shower with unique decor including hand made stain glass window & stone accents.

LOFT/BEDROOM/BATH/READING NOOK:

Decided to take a quick weekend trip to Door County with fiancé to see the fall colors. Booked this cabin and we were blown away. The cabin was the star of the weekend! The owner’s attention to detail to make the cabin homey, fun and comfortable is very evident. The cabin is spectacular, big, beautiful and conveniently located while being rustic, too. The stay wildly exceeded our expectations and we look forward to many more return visits.

With the goal of guest comfort in mind, eliminating or reducing the number of religious signs throughout the house would be appreciated by those who do not share the same spiritual beliefs. This was our tenth time at Hidden Bear Cabin, and we always love staying there. It’s in a great location…secluded and yet not far from all the fun activities Door County has to offer. The cabin is very clean and equipped with everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. We’re already looking forward to coming back again next year.
The front porch…our favorite place for our morning cup of coffee.
A great way to end the day gathered around the fire pit underneath a starry sky.

Beautiful quiet location and wonderful firepit with ample supply of wood were big attractions! Cabin and kitchen were equipped with everything you’d need for an outstanding Door County vacation. Our only suggestions are brighter lights in the living room would make reading much easier and all visitors should be aware there are very steep stairs to master bedroom on second floor.

We stayed at this cabin for the weekend with our adult children. It was a great location for the 1/2 Iron Man in Egg Harbor which is what we were in town for. It was so peaceful and quiet and had everything we could need. The hosts were excellent with their communion and we hope to stay here again!!

We chose this property as a place to stay for my Son's wedding which was held in Egg Harbor. We wanted a place to escape from the crowd and relax amid the excitement and celebration. This property is amazing. The property is pristine and very well decorated. It is very close to all the action and secluded at the same time. Communication with the hosts was simple and prompt. We do not believe there can be a better place to stay in Door County.

This was a wonderful place for our family with young children to stay on our trip. The hosts anticipated every need- step stools, baby gate, shampoos, lamps for getting around at night, board games, campfire supplies, and even a radio! We enjoyed our stay and loved that it was so close to everything in Door County to explore all the towns. The hammock was a great way to spend the morning and the reading nook was a great place for bedtime stories. Would recommend to anyone!

Incredible stay in cozy cabin

This cabin was not only well-stocked with everything we needed, but also so thoughtfully arranged for easy set up for our 8 guests. Communication with the hosts was reliable and quick, answering questions within minutes of me texting them. The location was ideal -- tucked into a wooded area and so peaceful, but a quick and easy drive away from activities. We are already talking about making this an annual trip. Thank you for an incredible stay!
