Detached 4 bedroom house with elevated sea and estuary views. Open plan modern kitchen diner with large patio spaces. Very short drive from the sandy beaches of Saunton and Croyde. Only a stroll away from Braunton village with pubs, restaurants and local stores. Ample onsite parking.
Rooms consist of: bedroom 1 with kingsize bed, bedroom 2 with kingsize bed, bedroom 3 with double bed, bedroom 4 with 2 x single beds and bunkbeds, 1 x main bathroom and 1 x ensuite bathroom, downstairs WC and laundry room.
