Remolded condominio frente al mar. Dos camas queen, 1 queen / murphy (colchón ortopédico nuevo), 1 sofá cama queen (nuevo). 1 baño completo, tocador separado de la ducha y el inodoro. Ahorre tiempo prepárese mientras otros se duchan. Cocina completa con todos los electrodomésticos (tostadora, abrelatas, licuadora, microondas, refrigerador completo, cafetera, batidora) todo lo que necesita para preparar su cena favorita. Mesa de comedor con capacidad para cuatro. Siéntese y relájese en un sillón reclinable de cuero. Televisor de cuarenta pulgadas con tres canales HBO. Wi-Fi gratis. Esta es una unidad del segundo piso con balcón frente al mar, excelentes amaneceres.
El complejo cuenta con un gimnasio, lavadora / secadora, piscina para adultos y niños con ascensor.

Attentive / responsive host. Unit was clean and comfortable with nice "Florida" feel. Balcony was great for sunrises in the mornings and listening to the surf at night.

The unit was great for 2 people, had everything we needed and was clean. The best part was the ocean view from the balcony which I loved.But....the building has construction going on all around which was very loud, the pool that was listed was empty and under construction and when we went looking for the laundry room that was listed..there is none. The ad needs to be updated. But all in all a great stay in Daytona Beach Shores

Im sorry you missed it in the listing. I was not aware that there was no washing machine an I will correct . Most of the building has been remolded since the hurricanes but the POOL is NOT open at this time. Construction is still going on. What it does offer is a beautiful sunrise from your PRIVATE balcony. Just steps away from the beach.

Great location right on the beach. The room was nice and clean. Just like the photos. No surprises like other places I have rented in Daytona. If the room is available next year I will gladly stay here again.

Perfect place for a few days away!

Nothing better than being able to watch the sun rise from your room/balcony with a nice cup of coffee- maybe my favorite part of this stay! Clean, comfortable, easy to access, and equipped with what you need for a beach stay. Loved my time here.

Lovely studio in a great area right on the beach. Quiet at night, beautiful during the day, and everything you need including games for the kids.

Great balcony. Hated pot smokers in other units. Unit very suitable.

Hi Dave, Thank you for the review. Unfortunately we can't do anything about pot smokers since a lot of folks now have the medical card. Since smoking is not allowed in units they smoke on balcony. This isn't all the time just depends on booked guest. Sorry for the smell.

Clean with an awesome view

Had an issue with the shower. The owners were so helpful and responsive. Then even came out on Easter Sunday to make sure we were comfortable. The view is private and amazing. Right across the bridge gives it easy access and right on the water. Great people and very attentive

Great smaller studio condo. Was perfect for our 4 day trip to the area for a wedding. Awesome views from the balcony! Watched sunrise several mornings. Had exactly what we needed for this trip. Communication was excellent as well!
