Extraordinary view! Separate living room! We have full beach access and pool!

One of the nicer units in the building. Beautifully decorated to include granite kitchen counters Bedroom is small but it’s own separate room. Walk to Boardwalk. Fabulous pool! Our personal family spot so very particular on renters. Second floor makes easy communication with those st the pool directly from the balcony . Building VERY secure with key entries to all amenity areas. Sleep sofa for 2nd bed

Why they chose this property

This has been our family get away for 15 years. We loved its close proximity walk up to the Daytona Boardwalk. We bought a larger condo in the area and decided to put the 1 bedroom into a rental program. We are particular about who we rent to and will be strict about the number of people staying in the room. We love our little piece of heaven on the beach and want renters to be responsible in caring for it
