Large heated pool overlooks the ocean and gets sun most of the day. Unit sleeps 6. Master bedroom has king size bed, master bath and walk in shower. Guest bedroom has a king size bed, guest bath with tub and shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Fully equipped newly remodeled kitchen includes a full-sized microwave, glass top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, plus, all the dishes, utensils and glassware you need to relax at your home away from home. Full sized washer and dryer in unit. Fitness center, 2 Saunas, Jacuzzi Hot Tub, and FREE WiFi included.

This is a non-smoking unit and the Sand Dollar does not allow pets. Unfortunately, we do not have a kiddie pool and infants with diapers are not allowed in our pool or hot tub, by order of the Health Department.

Great place, Great owner
Last minute booking worked out great. Cathy was responsive within 10 minutes with each text. Met us at the unit with keys and info when we called on route.
The balcony is tremendous. Most buildings have rectangular patio with room for 2 or 3 people. This is huge and deep. Plenty of room for people and chairs even with 2 tables.
Small building never crowded, never had to wait for elevator.
The stove did not work on our first night. Called Cathy and she was there in 15 minutes to show us where the barbecue grill is outside. She said they redid the floors a week earlier and possibly forgot to plug it back in. Sure enough that was the problem. I felt like a fool for not checking that but she did not seem to mind coming over at 7 to plug it in.
Have rented sever condos over the years and never had a more responsive owner.

Fantastic Condo with the best balcony ever
Beautiful apartment right on the beach. This apartment has everything you will ever need. Very centrally located with plenty of eating places within walking distance. Also a Publix for all your shopping requirements just along the road. Also the owner Cathy is very friendly and more than eager to assist.
We will definitely be back.

The condo has everything, you don't have to bring anything for the kitchen, bottle openers. wine openers, spices and so on. We found the condo was clean and very well taken care of. Great Unit With Awesome Balcony!
We had a great stay for an extended Labor Day Weekend. The unit was well furnished and in excellent condition. Loved the convenience of the unit with in the complex, and the proximity to Dunlawton. The view from the large balcony with the palms and the ocean is as good as it gets. Cathy was a pleasure to deal with & we can't wait for our next visit!
So many activities close by to list. You can do anything that this sub-tropical location affords you. Local knowledge is a key to getting the most out of your visit. Just ask around. And I can almost guarantee you won't be disappointed. Or just ask a native like me.
