Had a great time with family staying right on the beach. Place was beautiful and you couldn’t beat the views! Property owners were great to work with. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful time ! Great location ! Very clean and vacation friendly we flew into Daytona Beach Airport and only had a 15 minute drive ! Great restaurants also ! Hope to return next year !

This condo has to be one of the nicest condos on Daytona Beach Shores. It is spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need to enjoy a carefree week on the beach. The pictures are exactly how the unit looks when you arrive. The decor is very tastefully done. The corner unit gives you a wonderful view of the ocean and being on the second floor lets you enjoy the sound of the surf all day long. The location is perfect for restaurants, shopping and easy access to the highways if you want to venture out. Gary was easy to work with and his instructions were very clear so there were no problems arriving or departing. You won't be disappointed.

About Gary and Susan Silverman
My wife and I purchased our beachfront condo new in 2007 to be close to our many friends who have weekend condos and boats in Daytona Beach Shores. We enjoy the tranquility of this area of Daytona Beach, the boating, weather, and great beach hang-outs. We are in the building and real estate industry and now that market conditions are improving dramatically we feel our area and our particular building will be a good investment for the future as there is only so much oceanfront and new construction will be limited in the future because of restrictions. I am an Associate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties in Midtown Atlanta managing the #1 producing team in Midtown Atlanta, my wife is also in Real Estate, and our daughter is a graduate the University of Georgia Grady School of Journalism with a major in both Mass Communications, Theater, and a minor in French. And a graduate of UCLA with a Master's in Fine Arts-Film and TV Producing degree. After internships with Conan O'Brien, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), Fox TV, Fox Searchlight Films, and Universal Studios Focus Features Film in Los Angeles she is working for HBO-Max in Burbank, CA as an Assistant for the Original Comedy Series development team. Whenever we have time, we enjoy visiting our condo and relish the time we spend there. Since relocating to Atlanta on 2010 we have made "OUR HOME" - "YOUR HOME" 48 weeks out of the year.

This is primarily our home that we designed and furnished for our comfort. We make it available on a limited basis when we are out of town. As a result, we feel we have one of the nicest units for limited rental in a great building. We are at the beginning of the "Traffic Free" beach in a very quiet residential area south of Daytona Beach. It's a great location and a beautiful place. Sanibel is rarely full so it's like your own private resort.
What makes this Condo unique
There is nothing like the beach life. You wake up to gorgeous sunrises with a vast expanse of sand to take a morning walk. The moon rising over the ocean is a spectacular sight, particularly when it's a Full Moon. There is such a feeling of well being here. There are great restaurants that are informal, value priced, and a lot of fun. We are convenient to the Central Florida area theme parks, fishing, boating, live music, seafood, and people with great attitudes. We enjoy renting a movie and enjoying the surround sound with friends, sitting on the balcony and watching the moon rise over the ocean with a cold drink or glass of wine. In the mornings you'll find your neighbors walking on the "Traffic Free" and enjoying the cool ocean breezes. There are over 50 restaurants within 10 minutes of the condo with a diverse selection of foods from Seafood to BBQ, Pizza to Sushi, Mexican to Frozen Yogurt and great appetizers.
