We had a great stay! There was a ton of beach stuff in the closets (boogie boards, chairs, sand toys, etc), we hardly had to bring anything. The condo was clean when we arrived and check in was super easy. Joe was great, very responsive and communicative through the whole process! I will say if you have younger kids I suggest going to the beach access a few houses down. The stairs connected to the condos are VERY slick and difficult to maneuver with little ones. But there is a shower head halfway down that wasn’t slick so we used it a lot.Also the kitchen isn’t SUPER well equipped. Could use some cookie sheets, nice knives, and the silverware drawer needs some attention. Overall we had a great experience and would come again!

This condo was beautiful, we'll stocked. I didn't get my list of what I needed to bring until I tried to contact vrbo to discuss the place not having beach access. We had a beautiful couple of days. I just think the owner should be more forthcoming that at high tide your access to the beach is under water. I was very upset, but decided not to let it ruin my getaway. Other than that it was great. But not a nice surprise upon arrival. The tiny beach was great and luckly we had low tide most of the day. Would have bee a different story if the high tide was during the day.I still didn't like having to walk out onto the street to go two houses down to get beach access because of the high water and giant sandbags. This app won't let me add the photos I took of the high water half way up the stairs to the sand.

You may have been there for King or Moon tides. The beach was replenished last year, the town has plans for permanent beach replenishment.

This unit has a great location right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises! Nice clean, easy check in, check out, close parking. The only down side was the complex needs to have some beach renourishment done so high tide doesn't inundate the property. The large sandbags make the beach view sad.
