300 ft. of waterfront and private beach. Large grassy area with pine trees and picnic tables. This two bedroom waterfront unit has picture windows on each floor overlooking Newfound Lake and it’s beautiful sunsets. First floor has a bedroom with full bed, full bath, kitchen/dining room. Second floor has a full bed, bar, sofa, and another dining table. Sleeps four. The bedrooms have full beds, nightstands and tv's.
Dock for boating and boat ramp. Gas grill, beach chairs, umbrellas. Cable TV's in bedrooms and living rooms. DVD/VCR in living rooms. Sundeck on water. Views are fantastic!! Everything included except linens. This is a waterfront property with sandy beach. Boat rentals available at local marinas. Internet/WiFi. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Newfound lake at its best

This was our second year renting and will certainly rent again. The owner Paul is gracious and very accommodating. The unit was clean and comfortable and the views of the sunsets 🌅 spectacular!

Adequate and accommodations in small condo community. right on the lake with beach. Spectacular view of mountains and lake-enjoyed swimming and vacationing there. Hope to return again.

Beautiful, peaceful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The view of the lake from this property is absolutely breathtaking. While there were other families around, everyone is very friendly and respectful and we found it to be a very nice, quiet place to stay. The beach is shared with others from the condo group, but is large enough to accommodate everyone. Mostly soft sand with some areas of smooth rocks in the swimming area. The condo itself is comfortable and practical. Not fancy, but it has all the basics that you need (you just need to bring your own towels and linens). Owner was easy to reach, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We hope to be able to return someday!

Beautiful location

We have been vacationing at Newfound Lake for the past 15 yrs. This has been by far the best place yet! Waterfront with a sandy beach. Beautiful views and great location. The condo is spacious, 2nd bedroom is the whole 2nd floor with a couch and dining table as well. Plenty of room for 2 couples or families. We used the outdoor fireplace at night while stargazing. We had a fantastic week and will be back!

Nice location!

Paul was very helpful with our planning process. Condo was clean. Great location if you need to launch a boat as long as there is a mooring available! I would provide a Check In/Check Out document to direct renter's as to what their responsibilities are- such as where garbage/recylables should be placed, etc.
