Welcome to Clover Cottage, your perfect lake escape! This spacious cabin blends rustic charm with modern comfort, featuring a large porch with lake views, a grill, and outdoor dining. Enjoy full access to the private beach across the street—perfect for swimming, relaxing, or kayaking on New Hampshire’s cleanest lake. After a day outdoors, cozy up by the fireplace or gather around the propane fire pit. With hiking trails and ski resorts nearby, it’s ideal for year-round family fun and relaxation.

The House Layout:

First Floor – Modern Comforts
The main living area offers peaceful lake views and a cozy gas fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Gather for shared meals or game nights in the open dining area, and enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. A laundry area is also available for your convenience. For your comfort, the cottage includes Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Bathroom: Full bath with walk-in shower (we have on-demand hot water so you never run out. Great for big groups)

Just across the street, enjoy full access to our private beach—ideal for swimming, relaxing, or paddling in one of the two kayaks provided (stored under the deck). Beach chairs and toys are also available for your use.

For peace of mind, one security camera monitors the driveway. The yard is not fully gated, but there is a retractable gate you can use to help keep dogs and kids safe while spending time outside.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all used towels on the downstairs bathroom floor
NO LOOSE TRASH! All trash must be inside a trash bag and TIED UP securely. Trash pickup is Saturday morning. Secure the bin after.
Before you leave, please set the heat to 60° if you adjusted it, and make sure the A/C upstairs, mini splits, and fireplace are turned off. Please make sure propane is turned off on grill & fireplace.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash: No loose trash! All trash must be bagged and tied up securely and put in the bins.
No fireworks allowed. Leave the yard clean before checkout. Additional cleaning fees may apply if needed or if evidence of fireworks is found.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM, both inside and outside. Please respect our neighbors. No parties or events.
