SIT ON YOUR BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE POOL OR WATCH THE CALM WATERS AND WHITE SANDS OF THE EMERALD COAST. COME RELAX AND UNWIND.

The Space:
Summerspell is a small quaint 30- unit complex that offers a community pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and laundry on-site. A short 50 yard walk and you are sticking your toes in some of the whitest sand that the Emerald Coast has to offer. Each condo is tastefully decorated and offers 1 bedroom/1 bath that sleeps 6. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom bunk beds built into the hall area and a queen sleeper sofa. You will enjoy your fully stocked kitchen just right for dining in along with a living and dining area. These condos are sure to please. Beach access is located directly in front of this complex. This well-kept complex offers palm trees flowers and beautiful landscaping for you to enjoy. The pool area offers loungers tables and chairs where you can come and watch the kids play or soak up the rays. Enjoy the sunset on your balcony with your favorite chilled drink as you unwind for the day. Pompano Joes world famous gulf-front restaurant is located across from this complex. Dining entertainment fishing golfing bike/scooter rentals and much much more is all within a short distance of Summerspell. Summerspell is just what you need to melt all your cares away. You will enjoy the peace and quiet that this complex has to offer. Come and enjoy a barefoot vacation. NOTE: This property does not have elevators MUST BE 25 TO RENT NO SMOKING NO PETS

Nice room very clean an updated … smooth communication, kitchen had everything we needed for our stay … only complaint was shower curtain Rod was broke and just laying on shower cove lip so had to be careful not to knock off when opening and closing curtain but other than that it was great would stay here again!!

Great location. Condo could have had more amenities normally have more towels, tongs, bigger skillet….etc. flying limited what we could bring. Last guest must have cooked with garlic the smell was powerful. Loved the view of the beach and pool area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just loved our experience and location. We walked across the street to beach and the view of the water was amazing!!!! The balcony we were on every night with the pool view was amazing. Working with them on the booking was hands down the best experience. We had a personal hiccup and they accommodated us and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Thank you

Perfect location

We stayed for 6 nights and the location was very convenient to the beach, entertainment and restaurants! We would definitely recommend staying here! Only down side is if you stay on the 3rd floor pack light for the stair climb since they don’t have an elevator.

Awesome place to stay!

This was our 2nd year coming to Destin and this place has been amazing. Right across the road from the beach and can sit on your balcony and admire the ocean! Highly recommend this condo!

Fall Getaway

We loved our stay at Summer Spell, unit 306. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfy bed, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. I enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony while having my morning coffee, and watching the sunsets in the evenings. The proximity to the beach is just a few steps away!! Walking distance to many good restaurants as well! And Miramar Beach is absolutely beautiful with powdery soft white sand, gorgeous water, and amazing sunsets!! Note to renters.... Just an FYI....there are 4 flights of stairs to climb if you stay on the 3rd floor. Note to owner/ management....The closet door in the bedroom would not stay on the track. Was not a big deal, we just left it open the whole time. As for Beach Bums Vacation Rentals.... awesome! Great communication and customer service! We would definitely stay here again!
