Spacious flat, great location

Great location, easy to go around Rome from Termini station and also to/from the airport. The only things on the negative side: a noisy neighbourhood and no curtains to shade out morning light.

Convenient and Comfortable

We were glad to have selected this apartment for our brief visit to Rome. Only a short walk to the Termini and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The apartment was furnished with everything necessary and our host was very responsive. Elevator to our 4th floor was a big plus. Thank you to our host for a nice stay.

Awesome location! Easy access to Termini station, grocery store nearby, and several delicious local restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious, and just what we needed after a cruise. Check in was convenient and smooth. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Stay in the heart of San Marco Square

WOW...this is literally just a short walk from San Marco square, in the heart of all the action. Place is exactly as described. Easy communication with owners and check-in was smooth. Worth every $ spent to stay here.

Excellent Apartment

Apartment was super clean, very comfortable and has an excellent location near the train station. The comfortable beds and the lift were a plus. LoRo was an excellent host providing exceptional communication for a smooth check-in. He even communicated with me to make sure everything went well upon our arrival. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent overall

Property manager LoRo was very responsive. The property was very clean and well maintained. Very good location. We checked in early and LoRo allowed us to check out late for our night flight. As we visited many attractions in Rome, we were so tired and this property felt like homeOverall we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location.

This would have been a 5 star, but the elevator broke down for a day and a half and the apt is on the 4th floor. As well there was no microwave which was advertised. Other than that excellent location. Great communication with owner and very clean. We loved our home away from home

Perfect location

You can't beat the location of this property. If you walk for 2 minutes, you are at the Roma Termini. We used this train station to get everywhere - Naples, Florence, the airport, etc. There are also taxis right there, so it convenient to get to Vatican City and other sights. There is a grocery store at Roma Termini station, where we could buy milk, bread, fruit, and such. We could walk, too, to the city. Most major tourist attractions were 20 to 30 minutes walking, so still close. We didn't spend too much time at home. The furniture is comfortable, but modest. Not fancy, but met our needs. The beds were quite comfortable. We would stay here again.

Property location appears safe. Two very good restaurants at the building doorstep; and several more (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and much more Italian) within couple blocks. Couple mini market at the doorstep for water/snacks and hygiene products. Laundromat right across the street. It is a block away from Roma Termini which is a major train station that takes one to any other major Italian cities; and it also has access to the Metro that can take one to the many attractions of Rome. Roma Termini has many shopping stores, ice cream shops, restaurants, Food Hall for many cafeterias, and a grocery store. These amenities around the area make this property a gem! Our host was very kind to allow us to drop off our luggages at the property before check in time. This of course was made possible by property’s availability (not occupied) the night before our check in. I was able to communicate with our host through VRBO messaging and through WhatsApp. He was very prompt in responding to my inquiries. He is a wonderful host! My family includes 3 adults and 3 kids. The property has two bedrooms. The sofa bed in the living/dining area was already made when we arrived which we are thankful for. This place is very comfortable. It has good system for hot water. Air conditioning units works well especially we stayed here during summer.

Tres joli appartement, tres bien équipé. Peut etre l isolation des fenetres a revoir car elles jointent mal et beaucoup de bruit extérieur mais nous sommes en ville en meme temps.😊 de tres bons lits et beaucoup d espace

Overall Good

The apartment was good overall. Nice location, easy to get around Rome from there. Really I only had 2 small issues. First, the washing machine was broken. Luckily there was a laundromat across the street. Second, the elevator was glitchy. (If anyone using it did not make sure the doors closed properly, the elevator would not respond to the next call.) The apartment was on the 4th floor and our group included 2 seniors don’t do stairs like they used to, so that wasn’t great. Otherwise, everything was good.

Perfect location

Great property in an ideal location to all forms of transportation (train, bus, metro, rental car). Great air conditioning! Super adorable decor! Would definitely stay again!
