Located on the 16th floor of a gated community, this home puts you right on the sunny shores of Marco Island Beach so you can enjoy the sand and sun with ease. The beach is quite large here, so you'll be able to find the perfect spot as close or far from the waves as you please!

The casual, inviting style of the home has plenty of space for everyone to relax. Put your feet up after a sun-soaked day on the beach and enjoy the central A/C as you lounge on the couch. Check out what's on cable, or put a movie on the DVD/Blu-ray player.

Use the shared washer/dryers to take care of the laundry, then make a small plate of appetizers and drinks to snack on while taking in the views from the balcony. Connect to the WiFi to post some of the pictures of the expansive beach below.

Grill up a fresh catch on one of the shared charcoal grills on the property, or head into the kitchen to get started on a meal for your group. With standard appliances and a dishwasher to take charge of the cleanup, you'll be able to whip up a great dish in no time.

When it's time to turn in, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo will host up to six guests in style. In the master bedroom, you'll be greeted by a soft queen-size bed. The second room features two double beds. Both bedrooms offer deck access and a flatscreen TV.

Hit the fitness center for an early morning workout, and then challenge a friend to a game of tennis on the community courts. Ease your muscles with a few laps in the pool, then work on your tan as you bask in the Florida sun. Play a game of pickleball or shuffleboard before enjoying a meal out.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
