About this property

Rich in history and character –the Union building is located in vibrant Old Town, steps away from the beautiful Victoria Inner Harbour. Our suite is modern and comfortable with great restaurants, quaint coffee spots and shopping at your fingertips. The harbour walkway is just out the door and the stunning Victoria Inner Harbour less then 10 minutes along the path. At the base of our street, hop on the Victoria Harbour ferry and explore the waterway with convenient stops for this hop-on, hop-off service.

While the area is vibrant, you can also retreat to the balcony for some relaxation and enjoy the fresh air, views over Old Town and the Sooke Hills. If you want to eat in, the full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and cooking necessities to enjoy meals in.

We have furnished our space with a comfortable Queen size lazy boy sleep sofa so our suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. We have a sleeper sofa cleaning fee to cover the cleaner's extra time and cost for laundering the linens. This will be refunded with the damage deposit if it is not used. The main bedroom boasts a Simmons Beautyrest Queen bed (the makers of the Heavenly bed) to support a great night's rest. The suite has a stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher and a dedicated parking space. We have dedicated wifi and cable television and music channels.

Great host, great location

This is a great place for a couple, host is fabulous and very responsive. Only downside is lack of AC. We had 2 fans on us and it was still warm at night but very minor. We loved the location.

Wonderful Visit!

My husband and I brought our 2 girls to visit Victoria on a summer vacation this week! Our stay could not have been more perfect. Everything about the property was phenomenal from the location to the check-in process to the space and cleanliness of the property. Kim was great with communication and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay in a convenient location

The property is very comfortable and the location is great! Right in the center of Chinatown and close to all the transportation (though almost everything is walking distance). Our host, Kim, was very helpful and super responsive to all our questions and needs. We would stay again!

Chinatown R & R!!!

The property had all the essentials and an equipt kitchen to cook a lovely meal. It was up to date in style and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The other reviews are correct about obtaining the keys, it's a hassle and can be stressful when arriving in a town you've never been in. My best advice is to thoroughly read the email sent in advance and then add the stops to your map. Once we got into the home, it was wonderful. If I was in town again I would book this location. The host gives wonderful food recommendations, we tried 4 of them and they were all AMAZING!!!

Central Victoria Location

This was the third stop along our Pacific Coast road trip. Altho it was a stark departure from the rustic VRBOs we'd stayed in so far, it was in a great location, and it included parking. We left the U.S. at Port Angeles, and once our car ferry reached Canada, it took forever to clear Customs. But once we did, it was clear sailing with the assistance of our GPS. We did have to find a "Key Safe" at a 7-11 nearby to pick up the fob to get into the apartment, but it also meant that we could get in anytime; which, after a 450-mile drive, was not until 8 p. Next day, we tripped on up to Nanaimo, a quaint little port city (there was a one-hour traffic jam on the way), and took an alternate route back that was quite an adventure that included having a small black bear cross the road in front of us. But if you're going, you MUST visit the Butchart Gardens! Absolutely spectacular

Great vacation home

The cozy apartment just like it has been described, convenient downtown location, but quite, my husband and I stayed for 31nights, we did have a great time in Victoria, Kim is very nice, keeping good connection, resourceful,although we didn’t have any difficulties, thanks again, Kim.

Reasonable rate for a great location with parking

The condo was very clean, quiet, in a great location. Kitchen has basic utensils, coffee, tea, sugar. TV worked great. WiFi was spotty and we had to reset the router several times. The directions to the location had not been updated and had an incorrect FOB pickup location, so be sure to verify with manager.

Best Location!

Condo is immaculate and comfortable, especially the bed! Best location in downtown Victoria. Historic Chinatown is vibrant and busy during the day but quiet at night. Coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, all at your doorstep. Great communication with the host and easy check in.

Clean, modern condo in a great location

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. It was easy to walk to all the places I wanted to go (15 minutes or less) and I fully enjoyed exploring Chinatown. The condo is very tidy, modern and well-equipped. Thank you!

Didn't get a chance to stay

Due to a family emergency we didn't get a chance to stay in this nice condo and had to cancel our reservation literally a 60-30 minutes before the move-in time. Kim was cooperative and processed our request with no delays. Thank you! So we can't really speak to the condo itself but all what relates to communication, refund, etc was completed as expected.

Clean condo in fantastic location!

Check in was super easy and we were left a detailed note of everything we would need to know for our stay. Kim was easy to get in touch with and replied quickly to all our questions. Location was perfect. We parked our car underground and just walked everywhere we wanted to go after that. Condo was very clean and well kept. Everything we needed was there. Feel like a local in Victoria

Can't recommend this condo enough for a 2+2 family getaway. == Pros == - In the heart of BC's chinatown - Enjoy a location that "feels" far removed from all the tourist sites/hotels, but in actuality they're just a quick walk or water-taxi ride away - Enjoy your coffee & the view of the Chinese lanterns and gates from the great deck - Enjoy an amazing patisserie, juice, & coffee joints just outside the condo entrance, in addition to great Chinese standards - Secure access at all points - Owner/manager Kim was especially responsive == Cons == As mentioned in other reviews but worth reiterating, no A/C, which can be problematic during the really hot weather. We weren't able to open the windows due to smoke from this year's BC & Washington forest fires.

Perfect Place to Stay!

This flat was a PERFECT place to stay - great location, great property. Kim was very helpful and accommodating. We loved the entire experience and would stay here again if we return to Victoria.
