Eagles Resort is awful the housekeepers are thrives take nothing of importance if you stay here. Management will not call you back. Oh and the cabin had cobwebs everywhere

We take any allegation involving a missing personal item very seriously. Our team members are thoroughly vetted, and this matter was reviewed after it was reported. Our staff communicated on multiple occasions that the laptop was not found at the property. We found no information or evidence indicating that a member of our staff took the item, and we stand behind the integrity of our team. We understand how frustrating it is to have a valuable item missing and are sorry the laptop was not located.

Perfect for our short stay!

We only booked for two nights but loved the place. My 8 year old enjoyed the hot tub and the jacuzzi tub. Location was perfect for us as well. Very close to the attractions, restaurants, and stores. Short drive to the aquarium in Gatlinburg. The t.vs were small and not much to watch for the littles. We like to take breaks at our place in-between our fun. Most just go go go so no need for t.v. Wifi was available tho! Can't wait to go back again.

Feels just like home!

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Heaven and would stay there again. The customer service was excellent. We needed a skillet to fry bacon in and had it within 30 minutes of making a late evening phone call. The bed slept great! We were unable to get the jets to work on the hot tub, so we got in the jacuzzi instead! Lots of hot water!
