The cottage was very clean. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Our host Bryce was friendly and welcoming. He went the extra mile when we had problems with the TV and found ways round the problem. I would only say that our accommodation had a number of steps up to the lounge (14 steps). Recommend it.

Great weeks stay in the cottage which had everything we needed. Beautiful location and fantastic views from the garden. Be aware that this place is a definite “get away from it all “ which suited us perfectly. Lovely coastal walks into Ventnor and Steephill Cove was a little gem.

We really enjoyed our stay, helped of course by good weather. The cottage was well equipped, in a great location for the coastal paths and several close by coves/beaches. Very friendly host and gave lots of useful information.

This was a lovely cottage. Very clean and not tired looking as a previous reviewer had mentioned. It was very comfortable, everything we needed was available. The gardens have an amazing sea view and we’re lovely to sit in with a cup of tea. The outdoor seating area from the upstairs was delightful.

This property was in a great location. The owner was welcoming and the accommodation was clean and tidy and the outlook lovely. We very much enjoyed our stay - our only comment would be that the flat we stayed in was a little weary and lacking personality. I imagine it has been well used and is just in need of a little tlc.
