Updated and spacious 1500 square foot townhouse. Enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer from this well appointed end unit.

This Townhouse is nestled in the center of Mammoth on Old Mammoth Road and is on the free shuttle route to travel around town or to the slopes (just minutes to high speed chair 15 at Eagle Express with new ski school). In walking distance is Vons (the main grocery store), Quiznos, Starbucks, Carl's Jr., The Chart House (fine dining), movie theatres, churches, sporting goods, and many specialty shops.

Description of Townhouse (everything is new): First of all someone told me recently that a great thing about this townhouse is you park your car at the front door and walk straight in, no going up stairs or through a hotel entrance to get to your room

Downstairs: Entry way/Master Bedroom and Bath, Bedrooms Number Two and Number Three, Bathroom and Laundry Room.

Beautiful slate floor entry leads to all the bedrooms and baths on the first floor, including a laundry room with stackable unit.

Master Bedroom: A queen-size cherry wood sleigh bed features a pillow-top mattress. Matching night stands, dresser and ceiling fan accent the room. Satellite television and individual lighting for reading in bed.

Master Bath: Double Corian sinks and Knotty Alder cabinets, faux marble surround in shower/bath combination.

Bedroom Number Two: Queen-size bed with pillow-top mattress. Large closet with floor to ceiling mirrored doors, ceiling fan and matching wall sconces

Bedroom Number Three: A rustic room furnished with a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and twin size mattress on the top bunk. Framed mirror with oil lamp looking sconces and of course, satellite TV.

Third Bathroom: Hickory Cabinets, Corian countertop and Shower/Bath combination with Faux Marble Surround complete this bath .

Upstairs: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room. One-half Bath.

Living Room: Spacious with Vaulted Ceilings and overlooking loft. Leather sofas, full entertainment system with 60' flat screen HD, surround sound, Playstation 3 with Blueray player, Wood burning pellet stove. Lighting can be dimmed. Put in a movie, turn down the lights, make some popcorn and enjoy a cozy evening.

Kitchen: This large kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances perfect for the culinary chef. Just remember to bring the food! Also includes Knotty Alder cabinets with Corian countertops and adjacent one-half bath.

Dining Room: Both the kitchen and dining room feature hand distressed American cherry hardwood flooring, the dining room seats six at formal table with matching hutch, the kitchen bar seats five. Great space to gather the family and friends. And balcony just off the dining room has gas barbecue.

There are three designated parking places at front door.

All cancellations must be in writing, email or US Postal service. Cancellations 30 days or more to arrival will be assessed a 10% administrative fee based on the total contracted rental amount. For cancellations occurring within 29 days of arrival all deposits are non-refundable. If the townhouse can be re-rented for the same time period, we will refund up to the contracted price less 10% administrative fee. No-Shows: Non-refundable.

Hi I am the father of 4 beautiful kids, I remodeled my townhouse with them in mind.

At the same time I love having great families getting a chance to enjoy our place and the beauty of a place called Mammoth Lakes California

Great place for a long weekend with family!

We stayed for three nights in February of the snowiest year you could imagine! The condo was perfect for us (four adults, three kids aged 10, 6, and 2). The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you could imagine, and the living space was perfect. There's parking right out front, too, it's a short walk to the Vons, and a really short walk to the Red Line bus.We hope to make this place an annual destination. The owner, Buck, is incredibly responsive, so everything was easy from booking through to refunding the damage deposit.

Great Experience - Fully Loaded Kitchen

This is a great simple townhouse that was perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully loaded with plenty of cook and bake-ware. We ate every meal at the house because we were able to take advantage of everything in the kitchen. The owner was very responsive when helping us with a small issue. The parking was great and complex is very easy to access from the main road. The unit overall was very comfortable.

Nice Condo in a Great Location

We stayed at this condo January 27-31, 2017. The layout worked well for us. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, so there is no carrying luggage upstairs. Although not large, the bedrooms are a comfortable size. The "master" bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that has been updated. It has nice counter space with double sinks. It also has one of the best in ceiling bathroom heaters we've ever used.

The other two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over double bunk) shared a bathroom. The two queen mattresses were comfortable. The only minor complaint was from my daughter who slept on the twin upper bunk. She thought it was a little hard, but I didn't confirm it.

The upstairs had a large open floor plan with a family room, dining room and kitchen. It had good lighting, and we really liked the layout. It was great for lounging and eating breakfast . In addition to the dining table, there were 4 barstools at the kitchen counter, so there was plenty of seating for the 7 of us. There was a half bath off the kitchen, which was convenient.

The kitchen was fairly well stocked and the appliances worked well. The only minor annoyance were the pans. They were not very "non-stick", so we had to get creative making pancakes and crepes. Ideally, they should be replaced with some new non-stick pans.

There were heaters in every room that worked well. The wifi worked fine, and there is a large entertainment center opposite the couches. Since our party just used their devices to watch shows or play games, I don't know how well the TV works.

There was plenty of parking. and the location was fantastic. It was 1/2 a block to Roberto's, 2 blocks to Vons and 1 block to Rite-Aid.

Our only issue on the trip was that the condo had not been cleaned when we arrived. Although a big annoyance that night, it was not the owner's fault, and he was very easy to reach, very apologetic, and very accommodating on fixing the issue. I note the issue because it's important to know how an owner will deal with problems when they inevitably occur. We could not have been more pleased with the owner's handling of the issue.

Overall, this is a nicely updated condo in a great location. We liked the layout of the condo better than others we've stayed at. For two families or a larger party, I would definitely recommend this condo.

Cozy, comfortable, charming, and convenient!

We had no difficulty finding the unit late one night and the access was so easy as we simply unloaded the car straight into the comfortable first floor bedrooms. They're small on size but big on comfort with great mattresses and pillows and it was great that each bedroom had it's own thermostat. We spent most of time upstairs which is roomy and very comfortable and charming and homey. While I had been searching for something chic and and a little hipper, I was sooooo glad that we ended up staying in this very real and comfortable home. Even our jaded L.A. teens were happy, which is a miracle. The pellet stove is fantastic and there's a very good quality large screen HDTV with surround sound. The kitchen is well appointed and there's a half bath upstairs which is nice in the am for anyone needing some privacy. The owner Buck was super responsive and helpful and it was nice not having to deal with a manangement company. Everything was clean and well maintained and we loved having breakfast in the dining area together. The location is perfect; next to a tram stop so we didn't need to drive up to the Village, or up to the ski mountain, and Vons is just around the corner. I will definitely try to book this place again.
