3BR Townhouse - Your Home Away from Home

Very spacious 1405 square foot townhouse. Enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer from this well appointed end unit.

This townhouse is nestled in the center of Mammoth on Old Mammoth Road and is on the free shuttle route to travel around town or to the slopes. Our condo is within walking distance to Vons (the main grocery store), gourmet coffee, restaurants (Roberto's Cafe, The Warming Hut, The Mogul, Pizza), movie theater, sporting goods, and specialty shops.

Description of Townhouse: A great thing about this townhouse is you park your car at the front door and walk straight in, no going up stairs or through a hotel entrance to get to your room

Downstairs: Entry way, Primary Bedroom with en-suite bath, Bedrooms #2 and #3, Bathroom and Laundry Room

Beautiful slate floor entry leads to all the bedrooms and baths on the first floor, including a laundry room with stackable unit

Primary Bedroom: A queen-size cherry wood sleigh bed features a pillow-top mattress. Matching night stands, dresser and ceiling fan accent the room. Individual lighting for reading in bed

En-suite Bath: Double Corian sinks and Knotty Alder cabinets, faux marble surround in shower/bath combination

Bedroom #2: Full-size bed with pillow-top mattress. Large closet with floor to ceiling mirrored doors, ceiling fan and matching wall sconces

Bedroom #3: A rustic room furnished with a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and twin size mattress on the top bunk. Framed mirror with oil lamp looking sconces and Cable TV

Bathroom #2 (Hallway downstairs): Hickory Cabinets, Corian countertop, and Shower/Bath combination with Faux Marble Surround complete this bath

Upstairs: Great Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, and one half-bathroom

Great Room: Spacious with Vaulted Ceilings, leather sofas, full entertainment system with 60' Smart TV, surround sound, Blue-ray player, new pellet stove. In the Great Room, put on a movie, dim the lights, make some popcorn, and enjoy a cozy evening. There's also a balcony with mountain views.

Kitchen: This large kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances (including a Keurig coffee maker) and everything you need to make almost any meal - perfect for the culinary chef. Just remember to bring the food! Also includes Knotty Alder cabinets with Corian countertops.

Dining Room: Both the kitchen and dining room feature hand distressed American cherry hardwood flooring, the dining room seats six at formal table with matching hutch, the kitchen bar seats three. Great space to gather the family and friends.

Upstairs also features a half-bathroom (toilet and sink only).

Our loft area upstairs is not accessible.

There are three designated parking places at front door.

All cancellations must be in writing, and processed through the VRBO website.

Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will get back 50%. Cancelling within 7 days of check-in will result in no refund.
No-Shows: Non-refundable.

We do not give refunds for inclement weather or its complications.

Host was very nice and accommodated a late checkout. However no shower toiletries were provided and towels did not feel as clean as we would have liked. Also, there were some pieces of furniture in need of repair.

Cozy condo, great location

We had a great time here. We walked along Old Mammoth for dinner both nights and had no problems easily accessing the ski resort. The owners were also great to communicate with and were very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again!

Family time in the snow

We have a family of seven and had a great time. The bedrooms are downstairs and living space upstairs. The location is near places to eat and shop; only a few minutes from skiing, tubing, and sledding.

Great place to stay

Parked the truck when on Monday and didn’t move it until Saturday. Access to skiing, restaurants and stores are walking distance or accessible via shuttle. Complex has snow plow onsite during storms to keep parking accessible.

Best kept secret in Mammoth

We spent last week with our family at this lovely townhouse and can't say enough positive things about it. It was spacious, comfortable, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It's centrally located right in town so we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. We've been coming to Mammoth for many years and have rented many different condos that we also liked, but this one is by far the best. Looking forward to coming back.

Great condo in a great location

Having stayed in many ski condos this one is definitely at the top of the list. Buck the owner is incredibly responsive to text messages and emails and answered every question that we had throughout our stay. The condo itself has been nicely remodeled and is very spacious. It was nice to have a comfortable place to hang out during the big storm days when we cannot go skiing. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

This home was by far the most comfortable and luxurious place we have stayed in at Mammoth. As a family traveling with 4 teenagers, we had plenty of room, which was a treat. The kids loved the amenities like the jacuzzi and the sauna, as well as the fact they could walk anywhere. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again. Jeff obviously put a lot of thought in to creating this awesome home, and not only does it show, but you can feel it.

Spacious but cozy

This was a great place to stay and ski at Mammoth. We ended up only having 3 people but there was more than enough room for 6 people, especially in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. It had a cozy feel and we used the wood burning stove to keep it cozier in the evenings. I wish we could have stayed more than 2 nights to really enjoy it. The only odd thing was that there were signs that you couldn't turn up the thermostats above 68 degrees F and I would've liked to turm up the heat to at least 70 in the primary bedroom (which had a separate thermostat). We were there during extremely high winds that probably made it feel colder. I also recommend an upgrade to a Chromecast for the TV/entertainment system because it was a very complicated system.

This place was great.

Loved the downstairs rooms and bathrooms. Upstairs was prefect for cooking, eating and hanging out. We loved the place and our trip was great bc of that.

Best location and plenty of space

We had an amazing time staying here and Tina was very responsive to our calls. Upon arriving, we realized that two of the parking passes were missing. Given they have a strict towing policy, Tina made sure the property manager was aware that our car did not have a pass for the first night. The pictures don’t do this place Justice - it’s very spacious. The location is awesome as it was very close to shops and had a shuttle stop out front. We’ll definitely stay here again for future skiing trips.

Such a great property!

Our most recent stay was our second stay here and we are so hooked! It is clean, well stocked, perfectly located, and so very cozy. The pellet stove adds the most wonderful cabin quality and it puts great heat. The view of Mammoth Mountain is gorgeous from the front patio and its walking distance to a grocery store and a number of restaurants. It's also walking distance to local bus stop that can take you to all the ski lodges and all over town. The cleanliness is unmatched and the property is so inviting. We are so happy to spend our family vacation at the condo and we can't wait for next time!

Great Mammoth Ski cabin

Walking distance from bus stop. 10 minutes from main lodge without traffic. Huge living room. Stocked kitchen. Clear instructions at every stage. Difficult to find. Community numbering makes no sense.

Excellent condo and great location

Communication with hosts was timely. They gave excellent information on possible challenges (snow plow days) and how to handle them. Check-in was a breeze. Everything you need for a great stay is provided. Enjoyed the pellet stove and the humidifiers in each bedroom were great. Location is excellent. Space for everyone in the condo. Red-line stop right outside complex to take bus to slopes. Easy walk to stores and restaurants if you want to get out and stretch your legs. Already looking to book again next January.
